Pike13 Review

PROS: ✅ Simple User Interface – When it works, the interface is relatively easy to navigate for staff and clients. ✅ Basic Scheduling Features – It provides essential scheduling tools for fitness studios, making it easy to set up classes and appointments. ✅ Automated Billing (When It Works) – The system is designed to automate payments, though it frequently malfunctions.

CONS: Frequent Downtime – The system goes down often, preventing staff and clients from booking classes or processing payments. Recurring billing is unreliable, causing missed or failed payments that frustrate clients and create financial headaches. Responses are slow, and issues often go unresolved, leaving businesses stranded without solutions.

PROS: Pike13 has a super smooth and neat UI without too much unnecessary stuff. This makes the tool simple and easy to browse and use.

CONS: Checking clients out for some things is quite a hassle because I need to manually add them to the platform. I hope there’s a way to do this for one-time or walk-in customers, without forcing me to put them in the system.

PROS: Pike13 offers ease of use, simple aesthetics on the client and back end.

CONS: Website integration is poor, functions are very limited for the price. As a business owner, I had to find several work arounds to do simple things like offer a coupon. The ability to sell merchandise is also somewhat limited and does not allow for website integration. The app constantly glitches or freezes and despite attempts to resolve with customer service, it does not improve. In addition, reporting is limited.

PROS: Pike13 UI is very neat and smooth to navigate, thus I don’t experience any difficulties when using it. And it loads a similar web platform that opened through PC or smartphones too. Such a platform works super-efficient on mobile, which makes an installable app completely unnecessary.

CONS: Pike13 is not great for handling reports, especially when a report involves a lot of filters and details. We need to access information from dozens of reports that we can put into one. I often have big difficulties when searching specific reports, and many such outputs are deemed irretrievable. Yes, the user support staff are great, and they do their best to find a solution to such a problem. But still, this is a big issue that gives us a hard time.

PROS: Pike13 is a helpful platform for busy small company owners like me. It efficiently handles payroll of employees, regular payments as well as billing among other essential stuff. And it conveniently runs on smartphones, which is useful for me to manage the business through phone or desktop. I can easily do it even while at home.

CONS: It is a noticeably sluggish tool. It loads slowly, and it consumes a lot of time when processing data.

PROS: Gives me excellent user experience, especially since all of its features and options are helpful for my job. It helps me complete tasks faster and with better efficiency, without worrying about unnecessary hassles.

CONS: I feel it needs some improvements when it comes to visual representations. I don’t have any other negative stuff to point out about Pike13.

PROS: Pike13 has a user support team that I can trust all the time, which is very important because the platform has some complex features that I need to use. The guys always help me fast enough; thus, managing my business is always efficient.

CONS: I encounter some problems when it comes to communication. For example, it is hard to talk with employees regarding class covers and paycheck. It is not capable of doing specific reports that I need as well.
