PROS: Perfect for those who work at home, this app is pretty convenient as everything from scheduling and assigning task can all be done in one location. The app’s support system is also accessible and engaging, I had trouble once with the app and they were able to fix it in a jiffy.
CONS: Personally, I think the app can improve if it has its own database so that I can easily access my contacts’ information. They can also improve on the accessibility of work schedules of my staff as I find it cumbersome to pull out.

PROS: I have no idea. There are constant 505 error messages. NOTHING WORKS!!
CONS: The software simply does not work. i got nothing but error message on virtually any function.

PROS: The best thing about Hombase is it has aided me in organizing employee's shift schedules. I also like that the application makes it easy for me to create copies or to move the existing schedule.
CONS: The only thing that I do not like about Homebase so far is that only general managers have access to the schedules of all departments. This is very limiting since there are times when business units may need to 'borrow' employees from other sections. Because of this limitation, it is hard to avoid overtime scheduling.

PROS: For someone who runs a small business, this app reduces costs as I can just record my own employees' salary without the need for an accountant. They can just log in and out and it is automatically recorded in their payroll. The app even provides visual evidence of their clock in time, just in case any problem comes up in their salary.
CONS: I'm currently using the free version of this app and I hope it has multiple access since this is what I need right now. I plan to invest in the advanced features in the future though. I just want my workers to have access to their schedules in their phone, since the designated device is always used by somebody, its quite annoying looking for it.

PROS: Homebase is a solution that allows you to create your own schedule and manage your timesheets as well as your time clock on a single platform. With this, your employees can lodge requests for leaves, shift exchanges, and availability of sets from the mobile app or from the browser application. The built-in messaging system is also a wonderful addition.
CONS: We experienced issues with the time-off requests and scheduling conflicts of employees that do not reflect accurately on the calendar on the day they were supposed to be not available for work.

PROS: I like the reliability of this app, as someone working in HR you don't have to worry about tracking employees‘ time as everything is automated once you have the employee's profile in your database.
CONS: The only problem we have is creating inputs if employees’ can't come to work, they always fail to notify me as they get lost in the process.

PROS: Homebase is an easy-to-use solution, as it has enabled our company to adopt it for our daily processes rapidly. It has assisted us in arranging our workflows and its color-coding future has also been very beneficial. This has transformed the way we create and organize our schedules. The timesheets are also a boon and it is further made better by being fast to export so that we could send them to our payroll team.
CONS: I only wish that Homebase would add a concise summary of the scheduled work hours of each employee because at the moment I have to do this manually.

PROS: One of the things that I enjoy about Homebase is that it lets employees sign in and out with ease. I also like that it notifies users when their work shift is about to begin and when their break time is almost over. It is helpful as well that we can log in and out from our devices like smartphones and iPads that we have in our office. The picture captured during the process is also a nice touch, as it helps us ensure that it is really the right individual for security purposes. This can avoid employees helping each other when one colleague is going to be late to work. Homebase allows the HR team to adjust employee's timecards too whenever somebody forgets to clock in or out. It is also of great assistance to the HR department that workers can request leaves from the app and exchange shifts from the app directly. This is indeed of great help to small businesses that do not have a timeclock on their office computer.
CONS: What I dislike about Homebase are its pricing tiers. Because you only get to access more features when you subscribe to a higher subscription package.

PROS: I really find this app helpful for my busy schedule. As someone who’s always on the go, the app helps keep me organized by keeping track of my work schedule. Also, I can also arrange meetings in advance for my clients without the need to meet them in person.

PROS: Homebase is easy to use and it's a great tool for managing my team's schedule and timesheets. I really like all of the features that come with the Plus version of the product, like paid time off accrual and SMS notifications. We also really like their hiring product, which generates tons of qualified candidates for open jobs.
CONS: So far we haven't found any issues with Homebase. It's the right solution for us.
