Infoodle is a New Zealand-based community management system that is accessible through the cloud or web and exclusively designed for churches, charities, and community groups. The software functions as a non-profit management solution and church and donor management system. It is ideal for small and midsize churches, not for profit and charitable organizations, and community associations.

Described as an intuitive, user friendly, quick, reliable, and  customizable community management software, Infoodle provides a modular solution to users by capturing data directly from the community, centralizing data such contacts and calendars, helping them to manage their donations,  leveraging data from other systems, automating and personalizing event registrations, and other functionalities. Infoodle aims to improve efficiency and prepare churches and organizations for growth as the software aids them expand their database and gain benefits and values from it. The software offers modules which include contact management,event management, financial management, and reporting.

Overview of Infoodle Benefits

A unique feature of infodoodle is that it offers a full Xero integration. Xero is an online accounting software used by small businesses. By integrating Infoodle with Xero, users would be able to segment their database through various criteria. When the  database is segmented to different criteria such as financial and custom data, users would be able to apply analysis to the lists they have as well as using them for communication. The Xero integration allows users to split transactions according to their processes and as they bank a particular transaction, they can associate the split of the transaction to every donor, account code, and tax status. Then, they would send this to Xero separating donations from the finances.

Transactions, contacts, tracking categories, bank accounts, account codes, and invoice payments from zero  are automatically imported to the Infoodle system because of this integration. As a result, Users would be able to extend and expand the information they have related to their donors. Having information on the financials of their donors, they could quickly make receipting and accurately targeting donors .

Another feature of Infoodle is its forms functionality. With this feature, users would be able to create forms within the Infoodle system to receive surveys, donations, and registrations to their events. After creating forms, they would then publish them to their own website or send an email link . For instance, if they are organizing and promoting a camp meeting, this feature enables them  to instantly capture registrations and registration data. Moreover, the software aids them to automatically respond by replying with kit-list and pickup and drop-off instructions. This features makes churches and community groups more responsive to their members, visitors, and donors.

Infoodle also has an interesting feature that enables users to store their digital and physical items into a centralized database of documents, equipment, resources, and books. Referred to as the Libraries feature of the system, this functionality helps  users track their  resources  by providing important information such as the persons who are using them, the date when they are being returned, as well as the persons who are being permitted to use them. Church and community group  leaders can also add comments to these resources and with regards to books, Infoodle makes them searchable online with automated reminders applied. With this feature, users would be able to efficiently organize their documents, items, equipment, books, and other resources efficiently, making them easily accessible and trackable.
