IntelligenceBank Review

PROS: It has an amazing user interface! It's super optimized and easy to use! I love the drag and drop feature so we can upload materials in bulk! It also has a preview feature so we can easily see what we're about to download.

CONS: I think it can improve its subfolder search option because it's not easy to access the subfolders.

PROS: This platform streamlined our team's work processes and helped us efficiently deliver our tasks. We use this mainly in graphic design -- exporting and sharing high-resolution images. We also get to control which of the files are accessible. This is helpful to avoid confusion about which version of an image is ready for release.

CONS: It doesn't allow multiple exporting of images. We have to do it one by one.

PROS: I love how multifunctional IntelligenceBank is! It has tagging and workflow functions, and on top of that, a great storage portal for all our marketing assets! It's helpful for all our members because everything is well-organized and easy to access.

CONS: There are some instances when a file is duplicated upon uploading.

PROS: It's super easy to navigate around IntelligenceBank. It's really flexible and customizable. I also love how we can control the accessibility of every folder, so we can put everything in this system without worrying about other users seeing some private files.

CONS: I love it! It keeps on updating and improving.

PROS: IntelligenceBank is great for organizing our marketing assets. It organizes it in a systematic way that makes searching for files so much easier when needed.

CONS: No serious issues so far! The few ones we encountered were easily resolved by their tech support!

PROS: We find IntelligenceBank especially useful for distributing of various materials needed for our projects, such as marketing collateral. It keeps all the team updated with the materials to be used because all are stored in one platform.

CONS: It does have some technical issues with the Print UI. There are also some features which functions aren't that clear.

PROS: IntelligenceBank has so many amazing features, but among my favorite things that I can do with it are (1) easy organization of tasks; (2) high-customizable system so we can make it our own; and (3) detailed filtering options. And on top of it all, IntelligenceBank has the best technical support team!

CONS: We had a few issues with the template editor since it keeps on slowing down. It will also be better if we can customize the name of the templates.

PROS: I love the range of things we can do in just one platform! We use this mainly as a resource for our branding elements. It can be easily accessed by our distributors, so communicating with the distributors every time we have some changes is no longer necessary. That's one less step from the process. I also love how users can navigate around the system seamlessly.

CONS: There are some gaps of course, but these are easily resolved by their tech team, so it's not really considered a problem.

PROS: It's easy to search for files using this platform because it has so many features that are helpful for organizing. You can tag files, so the filtered search is easy. Being able to download and edit images using this platform is also so convenient.

CONS: We're currently communicating with their Helpdesk to fix our issue with the Adobe Connector because it's sometimes not working.

PROS: I love the customizable user interface of IntelligenceBank! We can customize it to make it our own and design it based on our brand. It's a pretty straightforward interface! Their tech support is also top-notch.

CONS: The modules are a bit pricey so it's hard to get all modules immediately.

PROS: IntelligenceBank has a highly customizable interface that I really like because I'm able to make it our own, personalized system. I can basically adjust every element based on the needs of our company. I love how easy it is to manage our digital assets using this platform. I love how we can control the accessibility of the files making every department finish our tasks a lot quicker.

CONS: We've encountered some system errors which were, anyway, easily resolved by their tech support team.

PROS: I love the feature where I can tag and edit items in bulk! This makes the organizing process easier. This also comes in handy when you're searching for files.

CONS: I have nothing to dislike about this program. It's amazing!

PROS: This program helped us a lot with file organizing and access. I love that we're able to put everything in a centralized place, so everyone is referencing the same file.

CONS: They can still improve the resize presets since it's not that intuitive.

PROS: IntelligenceBank is a time-saving asset management platform! It's a great portal to organize all our image files by allowing users to label and filter everything. This makes it easier to search for files in a mountain of digital assets. It definitely made us more efficient!

CONS: I hope they would improve the cropping tool and make it more seamless.
