isolved Review

PROS: I believe the best aspects of Isolved is Time efficiency. With Isolved we are able to complete a lot for our task quickly and with little to no mistakes.

CONS: The time it takes to get a response from customer support could be improved. I always get an answer, but it sometimes is not always as efficient and timely as it could be.

PROS: The customization of the products has been valuable in creating the experience we would like for our employees.

CONS: Getting ahold of someone for more advanced questions is time consuming.

PROS: I love the ease of access for admins and employees. The website is easy to navigate and the new app introduced late 2023 is very user friendly. They follow all laws and rules to stay compliant with federal and state law, and with 401(k) reporting.

CONS: Working in the south, I would love more language options. Currently, only English is available, and we have many employees where Spanish is their first language.

PROS: iSolved is a user-friendly software that allows employees to make changes on their direct deposit and tax withholding information and view their pay stubs. Installing and using it has been trouble-free in our experience.

CONS: I would like this better if there is a way to customize the forms upon onboarding. This would allow us to get and focus on the information that we really need from our new hires.

PROS: They have a competent and responsive support team. Our queries are always resolved fast.

CONS: It would be better if synching iSolved with another database would be possible. This would streamline the process of auditing payrolls and the results would be more accurate.

PROS: We rarely encounter issues when processing our payroll but their support team is quick to respond when we do and the issues are also solved in a short period of time. iSolved almost always assigns the same representative to us. We appreciate that whenever there is a change in assignment of representative, clear and effective communication can still be expected.

CONS: iSolved has a lot of features and there are only a few that I truly need. I would like it better if its login page would be improved in terms of design for users like me who are also administrators. I also wish I can use it to automate the 401k process.

PROS: iSolved is a user-friendly solution for a smooth-running workflow. It has been particularly useful for managing our payroll process. Thanks to this software we can now encode data, process checks, and produce reports within only a few minutes.

CONS: Their ticketing system would work for us better if there would be a way to contact the representative assigned to us directly.

PROS: We chose iSolved mainly because its payroll management features fit our needs perfectly and they also have a support team that is adept in this matter.

CONS: I wish iSolved supports different time zones.

PROS: iSolved has all the features that we need for employee management. With this software, we can monitor the attendance of our employees and manage their performance reviews.

CONS: Its UI design, especially the time and attendance feature, could be improved in order to be more user-friendly.

PROS: I have had a great experience with using iSolved. Its UI design is simple and easy to navigate. There were very few times when we encountered issues while using this product and their support team handled these situations in the best way possible.

CONS: It would be better if they would add a copying feature to some areas of iSolved.

PROS: iSolved allows me to access employee information and payroll. It also enables me to build reports. On top of these, it comes with a great customer support team which helped me in performing my job daily.

CONS: The system could be improved to better accommodate updated information.

PROS: iSolved is an all-in-one HR tool that enables us to be more efficient and organized. We rely on it for managing our recruitment and onboarding processes and for tracking company assets and documents.

CONS: Figuring out how to use some of this software’s functionalities on my own has not been an easy task. I had difficulties using some add-ons. Nonetheless, this software has proven to be comprehensive. I’m still familiarizing myself with some of its features.

PROS: iSolved truly values its customers. I am a one-person corporation and they pay attention to my concerns as much as expected when dealing with a much bigger entity. I like that their system is simple and well-designed.

CONS: iSolved is the only solution that we trust. We are content with the product as it is in its current version.

PROS: iSolved is a user-friendly and reliable solution. They also provide quality customer support services.

CONS: We have been using iSolved for some time and we remain to be satisfied with it so far.

PROS: We were using different software before and their support team has been extremely helpful in transitioning. The process has been trouble-free.

CONS: There is nothing bad I can say about iSolved. If anything, I wish I had more time to explore its many features and maximize its usability.

PROS: This software has many functionalities. Their support team is very easily reachable via phone when their customers are in need of guidance.

CONS: Some of the available reports are not commonly used and may be removed from the software.

PROS: This system has an intuitive UI design that makes it easy to use and navigate. Employee self-service and seamless system updates are some of its features. iSolved provides awesome customer service. Their support and conversion teams did a good job of ensuring that we are guided throughout and long after the transition process. They are easily reachable when we encounter issues. iSolved University also comes handy for support.

CONS: We encountered some issues with regard to writing custom reports with iSolved and getting a timely response from Tax. We also had problems with the feed files, and although these are now resolved, it took some time.
