PROS: · Authors found it easy to build and maintain the decision trees. · Users found it to be navigation-friendly – required information was present in a single page making the decision tree easy to comprehend. · Real time analytics present · Enhancement requests were proactively taken up by Kochartech tech team. The team rolled out the same in a couple of days and we were able to use the same on the product during the trial period. The manner in which the enhancements were rolled out – lesser TAT, efficiency & quality - made us confident of their team’s capabilities.
