In addition to that, it offers great integrations with Web Chat engines and telephony. The product is easy to set up and it can be used by everyone with little to no training. The support team is one of the best, they are cool, useful and knowledgeable.
CONS: It lacks SMS automation and custom report creation. Also, the fields of automation users need some improvements. But as far as I can tell, the team behind this product constantly works on product improvements.

PROS: LeadSquared is awesome program that is very intuitive and helpful especially when it comes to email marketing campaigns. You will immediately find a way how to create various marketing campaigns. It is easy to set up and especially useful when you have tight deadlines.
CONS: I would say that some design tools are less intuitive than others, I need some time to learn how to use it in an exact way. But, everything else is great.

PROS: On top of everything Leadsquared comes with reasonable price. I must say that this software meets all our needs and does what it’s supposed to do. The team is extremely nice and responsive to any question and request I may have. They helped me in tracking different thing directly from our website to the software.
CONS: They could work on the interface especially on the design, but to be honest this is not a problem to me as long as the product works the way I want. The email campaign requires knowledge in HTML if you need to modify something else than images or text from your emails.

PROS: I love Lead squared platform, it provides with great features. I like the way I get reports because I have a full picture of how my business is going. The mailing app helps me to dispatch a pile of email and to build it to a genuine contender. I work from India and the real challenge is when I need to face with different channels of communication, but this platform integrates with many services so I have great experience in my work. Its team know how to make everything simple but at the same time they offer great features for assigning tasks.

I like that the tool provides individual attential and it is easy to follow. Thanks to this platform we managed to improve our workflow. We are able to reach more people and to get positive feedback from our customers.
CONS: The deleting feature and task function needs some improvements. Also, the list making option could be more inutitive and easy to manage because now it is complicated to use.

PROS: You are able to create beautiful and powerful Landing pages with online forms and you can even customize the appearance and behavior if you need to integrate to some other page on your online site. You can also choose from landing page templates if you want to. LeadSquared helps you to track every visit in landing page with website tracking features, you have great automation and autoresponder. This platform offers wordpress integration and documentation features.
CONS: If anyone wants to start with LeadSquared I recommend they start with trial version, in my opinion the basic plan is not explicit. If you have any question you can always ask its support team.

PROS: Easy to set up and you can easily gain new leads and track them via sales processes. LeadSquared support team is outstanding, they are very responsive and whenever we have some suggestions about new features we are going to need they immediately work to implement those features. But, if they cannot implement some features or do something we have request they will find and suggest new alternative ways to help us with the process or solve the issue. They constantly work on their improvements and they rapidly evolve. We use the score leads feature and this help us to find new leads.
CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this platform, only I would like to see some new features that will be helpful for our business. These features would be: notification when a new lead is assigned, we would like to see tracking url feature for specific landing page instead of searching through the settings, it would be great if we could make folders for landing pages and marketing campaigns.

PROS: Simple interface with great functionalities, such as: email automation, landing pages, website widgets, autoresponders and many others. You are even allowed to use your own design for email campaigns and landing pages. The LeadSquared works as CRM and marketing automation system. I am amazed how this system works, for e.g. when client clicks on an email link all his browsing history on our site is automatically send to our Leadsquared account. This is very helpful because when a prospect starts conversation our sales team know exactly what the user needs.
CONS: I hate to say dislikes, I would say things that need improvements, such as: Tracking accounts is difficult to use, also there is no integration with SalesForce (we had to move all our data manually from SalesForce to Leadsquared), also the click/open charts doesn’t show data correctly. These are the things I think they need to improve, everything else works fine.

PROS: LeadSquared provides with clean and intuitive interface and there you can find very useful and powerful features as well. Great integrations with web chat engines and telephony which is important for every kind of business. Easy to set up and intuitive CRM tool, everyone in my team is using this platform with minimum training. Its support team is great and very useful.

Leadsquared is both CRM and automation platform. Their support is fantastic, helpful and responsive, they even customized the wordpress plugin at no extra charge because we needed this one. The pricing compared to other platform is amazing.
CONS: I think the problem in integration with Likedln is not LeadSquared’s fault, because Linkedln’s API is locked down, this is a problem with almost all platforms. I need IP lookup feature, A/B split testing for email subjects and landing pages tools.

PROS: Great tool for tracking the activity of clicks and open in the emails, clicks on the website, acquiring the leads. I was searching for tool that will help me with my sales and marketing campaigns and tool that will help me to improve team activity. Our team is using the platform and I can say they all love this tool. We are ready with our landing pages and email templates setupM in few hours. This tool helps us to track the emails across LSQ and our own servers as well. The support team is especially useful and responsive, when we made some requests they immediately implement some new options to support our marketing campaigns.
CONS: It is difficult to find a flaw of the platform. But, I’m using it for 3months by now.
