Digital Form Creation 

Creating your own digital forms using MoreApp is fast and easy. The Platform gives you the ability to build various types of digital forms that can enhance your field or mobile operations. These include work orders, inspection sheets, contracts, inventory reports, proofs of delivery, performance appraisals, and surveys. 

MoreApp comes with a Form Builder that simplifies how you create whatever digital forms you need for your company or business. The Form Builder provides you with access to a wide array of widgets. These are blocks that you can add to your digital forms to indicate the specific types of data users have to capture, collect, and submit through the forms. 

Your digital forms can also work intelligently and innovatively through the application of conditional logic (branch/skip logic). Thus, you can show or hide certain fields in the digital forms based on the data entered by users in previous fields. 

Data Collection

MoreApp makes the process of collecting data quick and convenient for users. The Platform has a mobile app and a webclient that enable employees or customers to access and complete digital forms from any type of device, be it a PC, smartphone, or tablet. 

By installing the mobile app, they can incorporate functionalities into their Android or iOS device and make it an advanced data collection tool. For instance, as they fill in the digital forms, they can take pictures of bills or invoices and add electronic signatures. They’ll be able to track and share their current location or that of a co-worker or scan barcodes attached to items as well. Customers data are all securely collected and restored, as MoreApp is ISO 27001 certified.

Integration

You can integrate your existing programs and databases with MoreApp, like Word, Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. This feature allows you to import data from multiple sources and fill it into some portions of the digital forms. 

Because the forms are already pre-filled with existing data, users simply need to add any data that is not yet included in the forms. This means they no longer have to re-enter information, eliminating duplication of work and enabling them complete forms faster.to

In addition, MoreApp’s integration feature allows you to export data contained in the digital forms to the same programs or other tools.  You can find and choose any form of data from MoreApp and work on it immediately after it’s exported to the connected tool.

Management Features

The Platform is loaded with features that permit you to handle important aspects related to the digital forms you’re creating and distributing through MoreApp. For instance, you can give instructions to users for completing pre-filled forms. You can do this by logging into the MoreApp Platform, clicking Forms, and creating the instructions in the Work Instructions tab. You can pre-fill sections of the form and fill in the required information. The assigned user receives notifications to complete the form.

MoreApp lets you manage user permissions as well. You’ll be able to grant specific users the authority to import data from different tools,  create and share digital forms, send instructional emails, or handle registration, billing, or other processes.
