PROS: Namely has great features and I love all of them even though I never knew I will use them. I love the “view as” option, I am able to keep track of my employees and to see what they are able to see and help them when they need some answers or for certain updates. It is really helpful tool when the enrollment is open and I am allowed an easy access when creating report for someone. The system is very customizable, we are able to keep track of huge amount of data. This system is really important to our managers they use it more than a normal payroll system. I am able to create various levels of access for every type of users.
CONS: As I said before, this product has many features but some of them are not fully customizable. For example we named “Anniversaries” into “Fooliversaries” and we couldn’t change the word anymore. Also, it would be great if they could implement an options where the managers can see employees’ birthdays.
The least favorable review
PROS: The HRIS front end is good for onboarding and employee information management. And the Analytics tool is a major upgrade (because they implemented Looker's product instead of building something themselves). The native Namely reporting is really really bad - it cannot even sort dates correctly.
CONS: Benefits Administration and Payroll products are very bad. Be sure you ask to see these in detail when you're buying because they will mostly show you the glossy front end. The part your teams actually needs to work in is pretty terrible and very poorly tied together. We are constantly finding things that Namely needs to fix, and they usually don't fix it correctly the first time.

PROS: We can easily adapt Namely to our company’s needs. I love how they are open to new suggestions and feedback from their clients and they do anything to improve their product so it can fit their customers’ needs. I love the New Hire on-boarding functions, this will reduce the difficulties of adding new employee. I have to say that I am really amazed of its customer service and support, they offer us direct contact with our manager who helps us to solve the issues.
CONS: The only thing I would change is the ability to keep the account manager from the start instead of having someone new to be our guide and account manager. This is not big deal, but as we work directly with our account manager we build trust with him and we really want to continue to work with him instead of having a new one. Also, it would be great to pair the client and a specialist in same time zone because of the scheduling of calls.

PROS: Easy to use and intuitive product for both administration and front-end users. The field of usage is flexible and it provides security roles to align in way that we can easily resolve problems. The roadmap is open to all clients’ opinions, they always hear their customer’s voice, feedback and suggestions. They always look for new ways to engage with their users and to develop new features that will meet their users’ needs. I want to see their new features.
CONS: Even though this is great product they always have some room to improve themselves and to grow on the workflow side. I really want to see some changes they keep in store and to find new ways to utilize the security groups. I believe they will work on their improvement and enhancement especially when it comes to Reporting Engine. We don’t use tons of papers anymore and this is great step for us. We want a software where we can keep track of every kind of data (more history, calculated fields and better filter capabilities).

PROS: What I love about Namely is the design and functionality. Our employee engage with social-media-esque. We use various applications daily and the fact that we needed another HR tool means that we wanted to make the workflow for our team accessible and friendly. Namely doesn’t lose the functionality nor tis reporting capability.
CONS: To be honest, I don’t really have problems with Namely, its customer service is great I can ask questions and I get the answers immediately without fail.

PROS: Firstly, I am amazed of their customer service, they will guide through every step and they will try to fix every issue you face no matter how insignificant may be. It is very customizable and easy to use the reports writer. I provides great integration with other parts of the system (Payroll, Benefits and Talent). It is amazing how this tool is extra responsive and meets all our needs.
CONS: They need to work on the scalability, it is true that they come up with the solution but the timelines are pushed back for e.g. in carrier feeds on benefits platform and eSign in on-boarding tool.

PROS: I love the ability to connect everything, starting from ATS to on-boarding, benefit enrollment and payroll. Everything is in one place, every piece of information. Namely, allows our employees to go to the one specific person who is responsible for something specific instead of going around from place to place to get the help.
CONS: They need to work on the configuration settings, to implement more integrations and I really need the e-signature feature. Also, we would like to make an integration with DocuSign and API. I would like to see more instructions and documentations on integrations, because we have made an integration with ATS but we are not sure how this will affect our process for on-boarding employees.

PROS: Namely combines a few important aspects into one system and those are: Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Performance Reviews. It allows even two people to manage the whole HR process. Every employee can look into the system and find out about their tenure. The other good thing is that we can retain our current broker and still keep track with Namely. It provides great features such as: Payroll Process, Reporting, Online enrollment, custom flow and many more. This product is customizable and allows you to design and reflect your own flow into one system.
CONS: It would be great if they could include information tags for some fields, because sometimes I don’t know what am I doing on the benefits side. At the beginning the on-boarding was difficult for us. My advice is to roll out the HRIS first and then to roll out the Payroll, work in steps instead of rolling out everything at once.

PROS: Namely allows employees to manage their information, but does so across multiple sites - e.g., namelypayroll - instead of a single web app, which is a strange experience. (You can't sign in directly to namelypayroll, but rather the link from namely.
CONS: They do 401K contributions poorly. The deposits aren't on time while withdrawals come out every paycheck, the deposits don't appear for months at a time.

PROS: Namely knows how to integrate with various resources for employees in a format that is suitable for small and growing companies. This product is not like any others in the market, some of them offer bells and whistles and that is not what everyone needs. Namely is great tool when it comes to handling payroll.
CONS: I wish they could build an ATS and a learning tutorial. I am fully aware that this is new product and that’s why I can only give suggestion. There is nothing that I dislike about this product.

PROS: Namely meets our needs in many ways, but what’s most beneficial for us are the performance reviews, they brought us to a higher level. We use wizard to choose the elections and the feed is directly sent to our carriers. This is a great choice instead of using huge amount of paper. Our work is now easier, especially because we can create various types of reviews: annual, quarterly and even 360 with less effort via performance platform.
CONS: Namely is a new product and it is normal to run into some issues. But the good thing is that they always improve the program and they are very open to new ideas and feedback
