PROS: They employ friendly smooth talking sales and customer service people. Behind the scenes are aggressive deceptive dishonest people in charge. Good graphic templates. They speak well but don't know what they are doing in terms of effective lead generation.
CONS: Smooth talkers lie through their teeth. Product is totally ineffective. They are not familiar with the digital marketing realities. They use techniques not appropriate for specific industry. They don't communicate within their own company. One person is making promises while someone else is contradicting the agreed to plans. Their software simply does not work. I was charged $1650 during a trial period when the service was supposed to be free. They are aggressive with overcharging and deceptive business practices.
