PROS: It is possible to keep track of the time at work. The tool offers both web and mobile capabilities where you can log in to the system from any computer. For the mobile version, you can also track the time of work on the move. The clock in feature allows you to do that with ease.
CONS: It can be hectic when you try to log in. the system either locks you out or you find it difficult to navigate some of the features it offers. For example, if you want to track Paid Time Off, it can be confusing to set it up. Also, when you forget your password, resetting or recovering it can be difficult. All this require improving.

PROS: Ease of use and functionality are top-notch! My favorite feature is the Community because it facilitates employee engagement even if we're not together in the office.
CONS: Some bugs really frustrate me. It also takes time before they approve an update request. I also think it's a good idea to let non-employee partners join the Community so they can engage with us even if they are not part of our payroll.

PROS: Paylocity has so many impressive functions. love that it allows users to"transfer" so that the company wouldn't be charged for non-client outreach tasks.
CONS: Our company has an unusual pay period and Paylocity doesn't really sync with our schedule. I had to manually calculate our paychecks. I hope they would allow users to customize it.

PROS: Paylocity is an all-in-one software that's really helpful to our HR department. It's super easy to learn and navigate. We can do a lot with just a single software -- from payroll to timekeeping! I also love that the team keeps improving the product.
CONS: The software is limited when it comes to document management. The knowledge portal is a bit limited too especially if your problem is a bit complex. You have to call the tech support.

PROS: I like Paylocity because it constantly gets upgraded to fit our needs as a continuosly growing company.
CONS: I love that there is a dedicated account manager for every client, but sadly, they had to be replaced once they get promoted. We now have a new account manager. She's doing well, but I just don't like the idea that we have to collaborate with a new person.

You can access the previous checks you used to pay their salaries and wages with ease and also the employer benefits to the employees. It also allows you to attach documents or files to an employee file making it easy to communicate to an employee without having to set up a meeting.

PROS: It offers the modern technology in payroll and human resource management. When you compare it with previous products we have used such as ADP and Paychex, it stands out as the best. We had to switch from those two as they did not offer according to our expectations. The customer support is a top-notch and they address every issue to make the product better. The switch from the Paychex helped us save the cost of processing payroll by 54% per annum.
CONS: The product works fine depending on my needs. However, their account managers or representatives keep switching one too many times. It can be unreliable to keep dealing with different account representatives. I would prefer dealing or having a one account representative for a long period.

PROS: It gives us the flexibility and convenience we deserve. The web version of the tool is reliable. I can login from any computer or location as long as I am connected to the internet. It means that I can complete my work and communicate with employees while on the move. It also allows employees to access their details regardless of where they are. It has a mobile app that equips our employees with the utmost convenience in accessing their information.
CONS: Although the developers have done a lot in making the product better through adding enhancements, I do not think they have addressed the issues well. Instead of updating the current features of the products, they create new products where you have to buy them. It would be better if they went for the upgrade instead of adding new features where you have to pay more to use them.

PROS: It software offered us an easy to use interface that helps us to customize the tool according to the specific needs of our company. When it comes to setting up your dashboard, it provides great editing capability. You can also add new fields the way you like or according to your current needs with basically minimum effort required.
CONS: As you would expect for any tech related tool, it came with a learning curve. Some users had trouble finding their way around the tool. The interface was not too friendly. However, with time, they were able to navigate the tool with ease. Another drawback was the fact that it did not provide a way you can manage payroll for international employees. This was however not a big issue was we treat the international business as a separate entity from the local one.

PROS: It is a great tool and that is why we have been around for many years. It helps you to slowly implement its functions into your business. For our case, we started by bringing in the payroll functionality before we added the HR and WebTime sections. All this has allowed us to become better with the product.
CONS: Despite all the payroll solutions the product brings, I still have a problem with the inconsistency of the dedicated account managers. They never stay and that is a problem on my part. Although there are no issues I have experienced with any of them, it would be better if I could work with a single one for a long period.
