PingPlotter is a user-friendly, easy-to-understand network troubleshooting and diagnostic solution that provides users with a detailed, crystal clear picture of someone’s network and their issues without having to be physically present to address the problem first-hand.
Built on the principles of ping and trace routing, PingPlotter enables users to monitor networks and connections continuously and provides users with detailed visualizations of latency and packet loss for all the points in it.
With PingPlotter, users are able to quickly determine the source of the network problems and address them easily and effectively. The data can also function as evidence in the event that the problem stems from another network.
Show MorePingPlotter provides you with a very easy-to-use networking monitoring tool that allows you to track networks, latency, and packet loss among others. Designed for network administrators and technicians tasked to monitor networks and fix issues when they arise, PingPlotter makes it easy for you to track incoming and outgoing packets to ensure connectivity is smooth and flawless. You can also set PingPlotter to automatically notify you with trigger alerts when unexpected events such as virtual attacks and significant packet loss occur.
PingPlotter lets you make and save custom workspaces. You can adjust panels and tailor the whole display so you can view packets, timelines, and project elements the way you prefer them to be shown. Because you can customize your view, you can easily access tabs and sections that are relevant to your tasks, allowing for rapid action and response during events.
Tracing multiple targets and addresses is whole lot simpler and faster. You can list and save your targets by writing down their URL or IP addresses in dedicated fields and then quickly access them later on. Once information is collected, all the packets and details are shown with a timeline view that is updated in real time based on your configurations. Accessing specific details such as whois info, graphs, alerts, and more is easy by bringing up the context menu.

PROS: We no longer have to keep wondering what went wrong with our Internet Connection and keep calling our provider. With PingPlotter, it's easy for us to pinpoint what went wrong and the factors affecting our VOIP connectivity. Now I can give my provider complete information that would be beneficial in troubleshooting the main issue.
CONS: I had some challenges in deciphering the graphic reports because it was my first time using PingPlotter. But I was able to learn fast, so everything is okay.

PROS: This software is ideal for businesses that use many data links to operate or interact with their external clients. We have a team of IT experts who uses this software to help determine our data packages' status throughout the day. If something looks wrong or suspicious, then they immediately try to fix the issue or coordinate with our service providers for an immediate solution.
CONS: With PingPlotter, what you see is what you get. It’s very transparent and user-friendly, even for those people who are not tech experts. It tells you exactly what links are causing issues that affect the performance of our computers. The price is steep, but it gives good results as well.

PROS: It is nice to have a tool that gives you clear visibility of your net connection's status. Aside from status reports, we also get to the bottom of what causes the latency and how it affects our office work. Having PingPlotter is the best thing that ever happened to our IT guys because it makes their job a lot easier every time something comes up. The information you can obtain from the tool is very comprehensive, making it a lot more convenient to diagnose the connection problem's primary source. I do not mind spending on a tool like PingPlotter that helps us make sure that our internet connectivity is stable at all times. In case that the problem comes from the primary source, then we can switch to our backup provider to make sure that any technical issues won't compromise our productivity. I highly recommend business owners to invest in PingPlotter because it gives you full visibility of all the link status in your central server.
CONS: I like how it works because it has helped our daily operations, making sure that computer systems do not get disrupted. However, my biggest complaint is the lack of documentation, which makes it somehow difficult for us to figure out some things on our own.
PingPlotter helps us verify link status if it’s healthy or not.

PROS: We have been looking for a perfect tool that can help us monitor a list of IP addresses and determine whether if it's working well or not. The good thing is that PingPlotter is shareable across the different departments; that is why the tasks of monitoring links have been easier for our team. We highly rely on VOIP to communicate with our overseas clients; that is why we cannot afford to lose a connection even for just one or two days.
CONS: One of the downsides of using PingPlotter is that the program's settings get affected or go back into default once you restart the PC where it is installed initially. I always personalize the features and services to make things easier for me, but it can be a hassle to do things from scratch.
It’s just amazing how this program works in monitoring links that cause latencies.

PROS: We took our time to look for a product that can help us deliver our clients' basic needs. It's a good thing that someone recommended us to try out what PingPlotter can bring in to the table. This is for small to large enterprises that solely rely on the Internet's power to operate their business. This tool helps monitor Internet speed, latency, and system/network issues that can cause a significant income loss if the problem is missed early onset.
CONS: Resolving a hostname could be done, but we have to do it manually and not automatically. This process requires a little bit of effort, though, on our end, and sometimes it can be overwhelming, especially if you have to check a hundred IPs all at the same time.
Latency issues are now acted upon as soon as we report them.

PROS: Although I had some second thoughts about availing PingPlotter initially because of its price, I still decided to give things a try. I like how it is set up because it makes it easy for our IT staff to monitor all broken links that highly interfere with our connectivity. Learning how to read the graphs is challenging. Still, it is beneficial once you know how to interpret data and relay it to your ISP company. You are also allowed to anticipate incoming latencies through email notifications sent in advance. You and your team can prepare for a backup plan to keep things going. With PingPlotter coordinating issues to our ISP provider's tech support team has been faster and more organized than we seldom experience significant problems from the time we purchased the tool and moving forward.
CONS: No major issues so far with PingPlotter; that is why I like it.
It helps us overlook slow working links that affect performance.

PROS: One of the primary purposes of having this tool in our business is to help us monitor links that are either slow or non-working. It mainly affects our employee productivity in other branches nationwide. It's a good thing that PingPlotter does a great job of giving us complete reports on links that needs more attention from our tech teams. They would eventually have them reported to our primary internet companies where we are currently subscribed. Another advantage of using PingPlotter is its ability to pull up and consolidate historical data of all the affected links to be submitted for further diagnostic checks. With PingPlotter, we feel more at peace that we don't have to deal with latencies or outages as often as before.
CONS: Although PingPlotter is not considered an all in one tool for data monitoring, I still find it very useful for keeping links working. I am happy that we can provide better service to our clients.
Segregation of network-related issues is what PingPlotter does best.

CONS: I cannot help but notice that the user interface of the program looks obsolete. The design can be upgraded to make it look more appealing. Also, extending the free trial run would be nice as well.

PROS: When you have a big company with hundreds of employees, you need to make sure that your Internet and Data packets are stable day and night. Having an hour of downtime can significantly affect the productivity as well as the revenue of the corporation. This is where PingPlotter comes into the picture. Its main job is to provide full coverage on VOIP and Data Packet performance by ensuring they are always in excellent running condition. The graphs are there for a reason by giving users a real-time status of the links used by most employees.
CONS: Although PingPlotter has limited features, I still find it an essential investment that is suitable for mid to large scare companies. It is very efficient to keep track of links that cause our systems to work slower than the average pace. Using this product has boosted our productivity and services ten folds.

PROS: PingPlotter, for me, is a reliable tool for us to determine what causes our internet to be unstable at specific intervals. We get to discover data packet issues that cause lines to become static and connectivity to slow down. That is why we are thankful for PingPlotter because it helps us solve problems fast enough to keep the business going.
CONS: It would be much appreciated if PingPlotter can give us additional information on how long an outage lasts. This is very important because it allows us to develop a backup plan that would not compromise the business.
