PROS: Plone is the best CMS out there. It is perfect for your SEO needs because its design is intentionally targeted at that -- from URL creations to RSS feeds. No need to hire SEO experts! Just focus on writing good content.
CONS: Other CMS is better in some components such as the backend interface and coding flexibility. It's also a bit expensive compared to its competitors.

PROS: Some impressive things I noted about Plone: its flexibility when it comes to permissions and customizations based on the needs of the company, it is probably the most secured CMS, it is open source and has much available support.
CONS: The user interface needs improvement because it's not really user-friendly and attractive. They could also improve on caching.
