PROS: I always look forward to using Podium every day to send review invites to my clients. My staff does this as well because they find the platform very user friendly even for beginners. I like the layout because it's so easy to understand where to go and what to do, so everything we need to enhance our communication is provided by Podium. We send links via SMS, which is more convenient for our clients to answer back after a few minutes.
CONS: There should be some enhancements that need to be done regarding the chat icons, so I can easily find specific messages and instantly reply to the thread. Also, I could wish for Podium to add a video calling feature to make it easier for us to discuss urgent matters with our clients and colleagues rather than using the traditional chat and messaging format.

PROS: Podium made it easier for us to communicate with our customers. It's convenient for us, it's convenient for them. We could communicate with them through text and emails, unlike before when voice calls were our only option. We can now easily tap them to give us reviews. We also use this platform to keep track of our customers. It also allows us to send automated messages when we're not available. It also has a mobile app that allows us to respond to our customers wherever we are.
CONS: They should improve on their search feature. Currently, it's not possible to search through old messages using keywords.

Businesses need to keep conversations with customers going. It's also helpful for our HR department because it allows them to oversee employee engagement with our customers. Monitoring and evaluating performance is now aided by Podium.

PROS: I enjoy using Podium because it creates an avenue for us to talk directly to our clients by simply logging in to the platform. Our popularity in Google and Social Media increased in just a matter of time through our staff's joint efforts and, of course, by utilizing Podium. We also use this to generate leads for our other sales campaigns and get accurate data from our clients. Using Podium makes them feel heard and valued; therefore, they become loyal to our company and stay with us in the long run.
CONS: I am quite contented with using Podium because it has what it takes to communicate effectively with our existing clients. The more issues that we solve, the better it is for our business. The only thing that I have noticed with Podium is that their staff is not actively reaching out to us. As a paying customer, part of our expectations is to get updates regarding the platform and watch out for additional features that we can take advantage of. We need to maximize the product in helping us advertise our business and gain bigger profits simultaneously.

PROS: The versatility of the product is one of its selling points. It's compatible with both computers and smartphones, so you can always monitor how things are going even if you are not physically present at the store or out of the office. It's a good thing that you and your employees can get back to clients right away to fix things before it escalates further. I've introduced Podium to all of my employees, and the good thing is that everybody was able to cope with the platform and use it effectively in gathering feedback.
CONS: Since Podium is being utilized for lead gen purposes, the tendency is that a lot of people take advantage of it to gain more clients. They’re hoping to convince someone to buy a product or even listen to them make a sales pitch. However, not all clients respond to these scenarios, or there are instances that they ask for demands that are hard to meet. Instead of using it to get positive feedback for the business, some people would take the opportunity to express their disappointment over things that are not met within their expectations.

PROS: I want to stress the importance of always keeping in touch with your customers and being open to feedback to make your business competitive. With Podium, we make these things happen that resulted in hundreds of positive feedback from clients each month.
CONS: There is nothing extraordinary about the UI of the product. It is effortless and straightforward, which I don’t think is a negative trait. However, we should put more emphasis on the advantage of online payments through the platform. Currently, there are still many clients who do not want to give their card info, so we have to provide reassurance that nothing bad will happen.

PROS: Podium gives me access to communicate with customers 24/7 because I get to receive and send messages in real-time, making me work faster in resolving their concerns. I love that I can provide better and personalized service to my clients because my business would not be as successful as it is today. PROS: One of the features that make Podium a standout for reviews is the dashboard, which is easy to view and use simultaneously. I can work on sending and replying to reviews even if I am at home or in a coffee shop, thus making me more productive in addressing real-time issues. With Podium, I don’t miss anything because the notifications are being sent right on time. Ever since our company transitioned to Podium, we have been getting more quality and meaningful reviews that play a big part in the way that we should run the company. So even though we are amid a pandemic, we can see good reviews that keep us going.
CONS: Before purchasing this product, we were told that its compatible with 95% of existing CRM’s and BI in the market. Apparently, after the installation process, we figured out that we are having issues using it with Service Titan. We bill our clients using different ways, and the problem is this platform does not send automated review links for accounts with lower bills. It means that we are missing out on the opportunity of getting more favorable reviews from our clients. Currently, I am coordinating with Podium’s CS team to find a way to address this issue on their end.
It is very easy to adapt to the system, plus Podium makes our clients happy.

PROS: I currently have Podium installed on my work laptop and my smartphone, and it works well on both gadgets. There may be some minor tech issues along the way, but their back office team has always supported my needs. PROS: Getting in touch with our clients is now made fast and easy with Podium. I like that our profile information is not being given away to keep us secured at all times. Podium is a one of a kind smart app because it is in sync with our operational hours. CONS: I can say that Podium is an established application that is meant to encourage customer interaction for businesses of all sizes. I like that I can see messages and reply to them instantly. However, it seems that the notification feature is not working well because I don’t hear any alarms or reminders from either my laptop or smartphone. System issues are expected from time to time, but the good thing is that it does not have a significant impact on the business itself. PROS: I have been using another platform for my customer reviews before. However, since I discovered the ease of using Podium, I never went back to my old brand. This particular platform does a great job of encouraging our clients to communicate with us quickly and straightforwardly. Also, we use this app to store their information to get in touch with them whenever necessary.
CONS: I think that Podium should allow us to take ownership of our chat convos with our clients. There are instances wherein their staff would initially reply to our clients, and in the middle of the conversation, we would have to join in because it's only us who can answer the queries. This kind of scenario can be somewhat confusing for the client, so it's better to assist them throughout the conversation for a smoother transaction process.
