What is Prisync?
Prisync is a competitor price tracking and automatic repricing engine that is ideal for businesses of any size and freelancers in the e-commerce industry. With Prisync’s intelligent price tracking feature, your business can have an edge against the competition.
The software’s features include price watch, stock level monitoring, and frequent updates. It also has email alert feature that will notify you about your competitors’ product prices so that you can adjust your prices accordingly. Prisync’s repricing engine will also change your prices automatically in order to entice customers to buy from you instead of from your competitors.
Prisync has powerful reporting and advanced analytics that you can view in a visual dashboard. You can even export data into Excel files if you want to share it with colleagues or review them in the future.

Price Watch and Stock Level Monitoring
Prisync has a price monitoring engine that scans competitor product prices worldwide. The software also monitors stock availability, brand or category level indices, and lets you check historical trends to predict when your competitors will change their prices. All you have to do is simply add product links in your account or batch import data into the app with a CSV or XLSX file. You only need to do this once and as soon as your data is imported, Prisync can now monitor prices from an unlimited number of competitors so that you can adjust your prices to be the best in the market.
Frequent Updates and Email Alerts
When new changes are detected, Prisync will send you notifications and email alerts. You can edit the notification frequency in the Settings menu. There are options to receive daily or instant notifications or Prisync can send you updates up to 4 times a day to ensure that the information you receive is up-to-date. You can even choose both frequencies and send notifications to any email address. You can also customize which notifications to receive: price changes, price violations, favorite products, Excel reports, or all of the above.

PROS: Prisync is super easy to use while allowing you to enjoy its multiple functions. It allows you to add or remove products easily. Monitoring can be done manually or you can set it up to automatically update you. The customer support team is also available 24/7.
CONS: I have no issues with Prisync, I just hope it would be possible to integrate it directly with my eCommerce platform.

PROS: This app's efficiency and intuitiveness is amazing! We're currently using the professional version which has a limited number of products to test, but we're upgrading to the premium versions so we could do a run for more than 100 products.
CONS: The basic version doesn't have an API integration feature. Other than that, all is perfect!

PROS: I love their support team! They are extremly helpful not just in troubleshooting, but in e-commerce related stuff as well! They gave me tips and insights on how to improve my shop.
