Nintex Process Manager Review

PROS: The software allows us to do so many things with our process and documentation by making things simple. I appreciate the interface of the app because it's easy to read and use.

CONS: Sometimes Promapp can slow down because of so many system upgrades that go on at the same time. This is something that the app developer needs to work on because it affects our momentum whenever there’s a need for us to come up with complex workflows.

PROS: We were able to fix our company processes with the help of this platform. Instead of using traditional excel sheets, we decided to create online forms for all of our transactions, making it easier to collaborate with other departments and external clients.

CONS: The features are useful, but it is nothing out of the ordinary.

PROS: It is one of the most effective tools that specializes in process development. I think that most companies nowadays should invest in Promapp to help create reliable workflows that play a significant role in their day to day operations.

CONS: Although there seem to be no significant issues regarding tool utilization, I think that Promapp still has to work on some of its minor issues. One of them is that many employees often find it challenging to delete old files/forms. In some instances, they would be required to call tech support to have this solved.

PROS: It makes our workflow a lot smoother and faster because all the things we need are just located. Employees are more efficient in what they are doing because Promapp allows them to create user-friendly online forms for client transactions and other purposes.

CONS: We are having some issues when it comes to editing or making changes to online forms. What we do instead is to delete things and start all over again, which can be very tasking depending on the complexity of a particular workflow.

PROS: Using Promapp has proven to be a smart and convenient choice for us. It helps us organize our company process and protocols in a simplified manner, which we all like. This software has taught us a lot of things that we should have done beforehand.

CONS: Making changes to a particular file or document is not that easy. Instead of editing it straight from the file, I’m afraid that you would be required to create a new one and upload it in the system, which causes quite an inconvenience.

PROS: Promapp is easy to use and it makes the managing processes much easier. I am able to access the processes online whenever I want.

CONS: I love this tool for managing company processes.

PROS: The user interface is very smart and straightforward, making it more engaging to utilize daily. We started creating better workflows without hiring someone from the outside to do things for us.

CONS: Sometimes the system acts up on its own, but it does not last for very long.

PROS: The convenience of drafting and executing workplace processes is now made possible with Promapp. It also can churn our comprehensive visual reports showing the past and present documentation made by our companies’ respective process owners.

CONS: Since our company is quite huge, hundreds of processes have been created for the past years. Integrating it into Promapp is an excellent solution to keep things organized. But the problem is the difficulty of digging up obsolete documents from the man file. It would be nice to come up with a simplified search method by sorting out documents per department. We have to click on the department profile, and all the process documents will auto-populate in just a few seconds, so we don’t have to spend too much time searching, which sometimes takes hours.

PROS: We easily implemented this software to our system, our users find this software easy to use, they are able to sign off, refer, suggest between the processes and risks. They are able to capture all the work and targets from single place, to keep records and history of the improvements.

CONS: It requires some knowledge and good understanding of this product. We have some struggles in keeping the dashboard clear.

PROS: Promapp is made for knowledge management processes, documentation, risk management and improvements. We can easily engage the workforce thanks to its simplicity.

CONS: I don’t want to use the word “dislike” for this product, the truth is that it needs some improvements. I cannot click into the Risk register from Risk tab in the dashboard, so I have to navigate it back out to the register and then open the risk, that’s the only thing that needs improvement.

PROS: I love how we can modify the process maps into the Promapp. The change process can be performed in seconds by using its drag and drop functionality. I love that this tool makes everything simple and fast. The results are clean, easy to use and without clutter. We started using Process Variant Module and we believe that this would enhance the ability to manage to processes easily and to develop simple and easy to use information.

CONS: It has some limitation within the Improvements module when it comes to reporting the progress and workload implications.

PROS: Promapp is easy to use. I love its online help and trainings. The product has great functionalities that are great for individual and business purposes. The promapp tool limitation depends only by your business improvement program.

CONS: I had some minor issues with this tool, and its support team has helped me to resolve it in a timely manner.
