What are the best aspects of this product?

We easily implemented this software to our system, our users find this software easy to use, they are able to sign off, refer, suggest between the processes and risks. They are able to capture all the work and targets from single place, to keep records and history of the improvements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires some knowledge and good understanding of this product. We have some struggles in keeping the dashboard clear.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to identify and to record quality improvements, to have real-time QMS and process descriptions. We are able to coordinate effort across the distributed organization, to provide commonality for the processes that are easy to change and monitor.
