PROS: ProProfs Survey Maker offers a wide range of customization options, from selecting the look and feel of the survey to adding custom branding elements such as logos and colors. This helps ensure that each survey aligns with the overall brand image of our company.

CONS: There have been a few glitches with the email-sending functionality, which can be a hindrance sometimes.

PROS: We started using ProProfs Survey Maker because we wanted to capture our employee feedback instantly after any event or session took place. We get to keep the identity anonymous that helps our employees speak openly about their views easily. This way we get to improve our upcoming sessions and build a healthy work culture.

CONS: So far not sure if we have any problems with the use of the survey maker tool. Also because our use is limited to a certain limit. So, I’d say nothing in particular in our use of a year. We haven’t found issues with the product.

PROS: Easy to use engaging and readymade templates for collecting consumer data. It gives a personalized touch, and one could even add their brand logo and themes. We create polls and scored surveys on different topics, and this tool offers real-time survey responses.

CONS: We haven’t had any issues with this fantastic tool so far.

PROS: We were looking for a survey maker tool with a variety of question types. After considering numerous recommendations, we chose ProProfs Survey Maker. For over a month, we have been using this tool to create numerous question types like rating scale question, Net Promoter Score question, ranking type question, and so on. In fact, we're amazed to see a wide range of 20 question types. Be it any type of survey, you can customize the survey questions based on your requirements. Overall, it has been a good time using the ProProfs Survey Maker tool.

CONS: So far, there have been no significant issues. Specific minor issues cropped up, but the customer support team promptly solved it.

PROS: We run an eCommerce company and we always look forward to customer feedback to improve our services better. But at the same time, we like the fact that ProProfs Survey Maker lets us do that in our own style. We can customize and add branding to our surveys and send them out hassle-free.

CONS: No complaints so far. The product is awesome and makes our work so easy as we’ve already got access to 100+ beautiful survey templates.

PROS: Sending a survey to your contacts couldn’t have been easier. ProProfs survey maker offers various sharing options, including email, direct link, website embedding, popup, and social sharing, along with the convenient option to take a print for hard copies. We can bulk-import the contact list to share surveys with multiple leads in one go, which is automated and efficient.

CONS: We have been using ProProfs Survey Maker for 3 years now, and there haven’t been any issues with this software.

PROS: ProProfs has an excellent UI design and is extremely user-friendly. It is a great tool for creating online polls and surveys.

CONS: We encounter issues with the dropdown list and survey size controls when using the software in modern mode. ProProfs works better for us in classic mode.

PROS: Using the polls and scores option of ProProfs Survey Maker, we could give an engaging and personalized touch to our surveys. It is one of the best ways to know the sentiments of your customers and employees alike. While polls helped us collect instant feedback with ease, scores allowed us to spot our most loyal customers.

CONS: So far, it has been a great ride with ProProfs Survey Maker.

We could also add branching and scoring logic to surveys so that our respondents get a personalized experience. The best part about the tool is the various question types it offers - multiple choice, checkbox, rating scale, and many more. All in all, I had a wonderful experience using this tool.

CONS: Nothing specific. Just a few glitches appeared, but they were so basic that we could solve them on our own.

PROS: ProProfs allows users to sign in using other platform accounts. There are plenty of available resources online to help users learn how to navigate their website. It has features that allow for creating different survey forms. It is capable of meeting the demands of different companies.

CONS: ProProfs could be improved in terms of user-friendliness. It is easy to sign in, but the rest of the process of creating surveys can be quite challenging. Users have to learn how to fully navigate the platform in order to ensure that no errors will be introduced to the survey forms.

PROS: ProProfs makes a significant positive impact on our company. It has a versatile and user-friendly interface. We also highly appreciate its NPS measurement tools.

CONS: We have found nothing to dislike about ProProfs so far. Its desktop website looks a little different from the mobile version but both versions work well. We haven’t found any use for its social media integrations yet. However, we think it can be advantageous for companies in need of publicity tools to have this.

PROS: The best part about ProProfs Survey Maker is the 100+ survey templates and the vast library of ready-made questions it provides. Capturing feedback from respondents is incredibly easy with this tool. We could create a variety of surveys - in-app surveys, polls, NPS, popup surveys, and share them quickly with respondents via social media or emails and embed them in our knowledge base and websites. Easy customization and insightful reports were the other aspects that we loved about this tool.

CONS: We did not face any major issue while working with the product, except a few bugs for which we received complete help from ProProfs’ support team.

PROS: ProProfs is an excellent software for creating surveys. Even only with little technical knowledge, we are able to easily embed forms into our website, thanks to this software.

CONS: I hope they would enhance the software to allow for input of more detailed survey responses.

PROS: ProProfs is free and easy to use. It has great features for creating different types of survey questionnaires. It gives users the opportunity to browse surveys that other users have created. Moreover, it provides users with time-based quizzes that they are free to take.

CONS: The platform accepts questions from anyone so the quality of some are compromised. The answer to some of the questions is incorrect or not one of the options.

PROS: ProProfs gives us the option to sign in with several other platform accounts. Product documentation is widely available on the internet, particularly on Youtube, so it is easy to learn how to use it. We rely on it for creating, sharing, and embedding our website with various types of surveys. It provides us with a number of templates and allows us to put into it as many questions as necessary. We love that we don’t need to pay to get unlimited access to survey creation.

CONS: I hope they would make email notifications available for the free plan as well.

PROS: This software helps you gain insight into the needs of your customers. It also allows you to track your customer satisfaction ratings.

CONS: I have nothing to dislike about this product. On the contrary, I highly appreciate its positive impact on companies like ours.

CONS: We haven’t had any major concerns with regard to product use. There were minor issues but those were quickly resolved thanks to their excellent customer support service.

PROS: The best aspects would probably be the multi-lingual support and the templates that are provided by ProProfs. Making surveys in the languages of our choice is very helpful when targeting specific groups.

CONS: The few issues that we have come across don’t really have much to do with the implementation or overall usage of the product. Just a few technical bugs which were resolved as soon as we got in touch with their support team.

PROS: The best aspects would probably be the large library of ready to use templates which they provide. There have been many cases where we’ve just used one of the templates without making any changes at all.

CONS: Honestly, there’s no real aspect where I’ve found this tool to be lacking, but there are random glitches that occur sometimes. If they are resolved, it would be great.

PROS: Besides helping us with creating awesome surveys, the software provided a comprehensive report that enabled us to interpret the survey results. Thanks to the reports, we could actually analyze the data and get a holistic picture of what the respondents think about our product. Another thing that I loved about this software is the various options it provides to make the survey attractive. We could include images and videos in the survey just to keep the respondents engaged.

CONS: I didn’t find any major issue with the software, but yes, its user interface can be improved for a better experience.
