PROS: Thanks to the integration with Salesforce we get full automated marketing and contact experience. We are able to reference related applications and business drivers in targeted accounts . We are well informed about our prospects and leads. Also, its customer service is great and they are always willing to help and guide us through the system.

CONS: Email bounces are limited in marketing campaigns.

PROS: What I favor most with RainKing is how user-friendly it can be. It's simple to determine the person in charge of opportunities. Info is highly precise. They're straightforward on the kind of information they possess and the ones they don't. If there's a missing or erroneous message, their customer support responds quickly and will do what they can to get you the right details.

CONS: The one thing I hate with RainKing is its lack of integration with our present CRM. We're currently making us of Top Echelon/Big Biller. It would've been a big if both products are linked together. However, this isn't something we consider a deal breaker.

PROS: I like that we get great source for contacts within the company and with phone numbers and email addresses. I use this tool on a daily basis for tracking leads and prospects. This is great way to find information about the company like DUNS number, subsidiaries, headquarters, etc. Scoops and Red Alerts help me to prioritize people with whom I should prioritize my outbounding efforts.

CONS: There are lot of contacts within the market fiels and information that is incorrect and outdated.

PROS: RainKing is tremendours in updating and validating information. If there's anything wrong happening along the way, their customer support will work diligently to correct the mistake. You get notifications through e-mail through updates/changes. The site is constantly updated. I was impressed with RainKing's reliable and quality service: they do whatever means necessary to make the most of your subscription with them.

CONS: Their site could be a little toned down in terms of user-friendliness. With its plethora of tools, searches, and other features, it can be a bit overwhelming. Sam G was helpful in showing us around the site by explaining its features well and offering more time for webinars, calls, and etc.. In my opinion, I'm able to get around the site on my own with less issues and Sam G. is always available whenever I'm unsure of something or I'm in need of help.

PROS: For me accuracy, relevancy and currency are important factors for me. This tool allows me to download great amount of contacts into Excel and to sort by numerous zip codes. I like that this tool doesn’t have problem with huge downloads.

CONS: I don’t liek the way it navigates, it is not smooth and it doesn’t download to SalesNow. I look forward to see these improvements.

PROS: RainKing enabled us to be target-aimed with the way we carry out our outbound sales. Its plethora of filters are handy. Data offered is precise. Other data sources typically have high bounce rates whenever we send an e-mail --- pushing us to spend precious time seeking the right number. With RainKing, this was never the case as it helps us concentrate on sales appointment scheduling, not wasting time scrubbing data.

CONS: Getting around its UI can be tough. There were only a few functionality that I was hoping RainKing would include its arsenal. It'd be a treat if there was some kind of an indicator showcasing us which accounts/contacts were already exported.

PROS: The wuality and accuracy of the leads is best. I’m in sales business for more than 30 years and this tool is second to none especially when doing cold calling. We used other solutions but none of them came even close to what this tool provides. It is easy to use and simple tool. It provides you with all the information you need starting from name, titile, location, email address and phone number. With RainKing I can do over 60 calls in a day.

CONS: There are no dislikes about this solution.

PROS: A majority of the information provided is precise. E-mail addresses and direct dial numbers it showed were a huge help. There's plenty of available data that I wouldn't be able to do on my own. It's able to significantly cut down on my research time. This made twice effective in what I normally do.

CONS: I'm virtually unlucky using Scooops. The info I got was decent but I tend to question its precision. I didn't have much luck setting up a schedule for meetings with prospects who tell me they have a certain opportunity present. That may be less with the quality of Scoops due to the prospects of having already picked a partner.

PROS: This software has great database, it’s not always about gathering information but researching the titles that we need for specific location and type of company and etc. I like that our account manager does everything to meet our business needs and to accomodate us in every way possible.

PROS: It works when accounts have a plethora of contracts and there are a lot of direct dials. Scoops receive updates. It seeks out useful information as to where units within a business make or won't make IT decisions. It has software integration with Salesforce. Super fast turnaround on requests.

CONS: It won't work when Scoops appear to oboe vague or no timeline is available. At times, such vague Sccops would roll news that are several months old. I wind up acting a fool for interacting to the account as if it were an all-new project.

PROS: It's a really great source for prospecting contacts working in a company with the available e-mail addresses and direct dial numbers. I constantly utilize this when seeking out leads and prospects. It's ideal in seeking details of a certain company. I've tried a wide range of prospecting tools in the past and nothing comes as close as this. Getting Red Alerts and Scoops in my inbox daily helps organize individuals worth prioritizing for in my outbounding efforts.

CONS: More contacts could be utilized in the marketing field. Information could either be wrong or out-of-date. An option is available in offering suggestions as well as up-to-date info. They'll actually be looking into these two.

PROS: The system is highly intuitive. What's more, it's very precise at what it does. Data being presented is fresh. We find actionable leads on a daily basis. We were blown away with their customer support and swift response time.

CONS: It'd be an improvement if the "best" contacts for Scoops is seen in a more global manner. It would be a plus if it's brought in Salesforce in one screen. Doing things back and forth from Scoops can be tiring. It would be of big help if they could address this issue.

PROS: I love that I can find valuable contacts and lot of detailes on contact’s roles within the company or organization. Software’s search tool to track companies or people is amazing thing. This is wonderful tool to find potential leads.

CONS: We haven’t found something major to dislike. There are some delays when we refresh the data but this is nothing to worry about.

PROS: I like that it provides great support service and they are quickly to respond to our questions or requets. I like that when I find some inccorect within the data sets I contact them and they quickly get back to me. I definitely like its service team.

CONS: Sometimes the info is dated and it can be difficult to understand if or when it is corrected. Also, it doesn’t integrate with my CRM and this means that I have lot of admins responsibility that are unnecessary . I’d like to pull the data and pump it into our CRM without any problem.

PROS: Whenever I work on a marketing campaign, I typically find relevant individuals from a company they'll be involved in making the decision in buying our software. I can peek into the dashboard's "Scoop" section to look into current news for each company. I can also include alerts so whenever news of a certain topic come in, I get to see them immediately. This lets me react to them whenever they're presented. These are just some of the things offered by the company.

CONS: Often times, especially in instances of smaller/medium companies, no information can be found. When that happens, I'd opt for alternative sources. Some of them include Zoominfo, LinkedIn Leader, or from my Salesforce database.

PROS: I love how I can acquire multiple contracts and sync them in my Sales Forec without manually adding each person. It's so simple to use. Its's proven its incredible value when prospecting. Scoops are handy since it informs me which solutions companies are in need of. Companies can be filtered according to size, industry, region, and others.

CONS: Only a few companies within my range weren't included to RainKing. This aspect can be frustrating, but I tend to work around it. However, a majority of the firms I sought are in RainKing. A few additional steps are needed in converting individuals into SalesForce. I wish the process was a little simpler to do.
