PROS: SALESmanago is a complex tool. We use it for our CRM, mailing, and marketing automation tasks. The overall marketing automation and the email alerts for tracked contacts make the work of our sales team a lot easier. The mailing tool is easy to use and offers A/B tests. I appreciate that the vendor is based in Poland which means guaranteed good quality and excellent customer support. I also like the fact that the app allows me to send emails using proxy settings.
CONS: There are quite a few issues that need to be fixed. The user interface and certain rules need to be improved. Customer support takes a lot of time to resolve concerns. It is a new product and there are bound to be glitches, but the good thing is problems are fixed when you report them. When you send large volumes of emails there is a delay in email delivery. Plus, sometimes, dynamically generated links stop functioning for some reason and there are no tools that show this problem.

The app is buggy because it looks like the vendor adds features without testing them properly. It is not an ideal system if you want to send frequent mailings. The customer support agents lack technical knowledge and they pass on tech issues to the tech team which is slow to respond.

PROS: It important for our B2B business to capture the maximum number of promising leads and nurture them until they become loyal customers. SALESmanago is the best tool I’ve used for this purpose. It provides an overview of leads in a single place and helps us to send personalized offers to the right prospects.
CONS: The vendor could add more third-party integrations. The tool is not very user-friendly and you need the help of an IT team to use it effectively. It should be made more user-friendly to ease the implementation process.

PROS: I like the fact that it is easy to integrate the app with lots of other systems as well as the wide choice of automation rules that are offered with multiple settings.
CONS: There are a couple of disadvantages. You have to pay extra for dynamic emails which is an important feature for conversion. Second, the webinars are available only in real time and you cannot watch them afterwards. The vendor should record the webinars and make them available on YouTube so that we can watch them when we find the time.

PROS: The best part about this app is you can track what your leads are doing on your website. The system tracks visitor behavior on the entire site which helps us to understand customer behavior. On top of that, the solution is very affordable.
CONS: There are plenty of disadvantages. The interface could be made more intuitive. Plus, I have to create a new template every time I compose an email. There are also a lot of dropdown menus and fields. The app doesn’t create attractive landing pages. And the drag and drop email creator does not function well with the standard email tool. On top of all this, the rules are complicated and their steps could be simplified for the benefit of users.
