CONS: At first, it wasn't very clear to us because of the amount of data and technical stuff to swallow. But after getting the hang of it, we're awed at how powerful this software is.

PROS: ServiceNow is an excellent tool for centralizing our vendor management needs. This is used by the people from different departments including Legal, Finance, Security, IT, and Accounting to collaborate with vendors, keep tabs on contract information, optimize the budgets of each department, place different types of documents for safekeeping, get notified if a contract/software license is about to expire, etc. All the users from different departments agree that ServiceNow helps centralize many of our business processes and information like license, vendor information, budget allocation, negotiating software licenses, and more. It's easy to use as well, which is a big bonus. The support has also been constructive. They listen and consider our suggestions to improve the software and implement them, or something of similar effect if they think it adds value to the software.
CONS: Well if I really have to say something I dislike about his product is that it didn't exist earlier. It would've saved us a lot of time and resources.

PROS: ServiceNow made a spreadsheet for tracking our expenditures obsolete because this is so much better and more efficient. We can now automatically monitor and manage our hefty vendor spend while at the same time adding full transparency to our business processes. This helps with accountability and lets every business unit predict and control its operating expenditures through a centralized platform.
CONS: ServiceNow has been a great product from the start until now, so there's nothing I can't say I don't like at all. The vendors listen to the feedback of their customers and they even release monthly updates and patches. This means that more features are being added very quickly to the product, making it more robust than it already is.

PROS: I like how clear-cut the visual presentation of data is. It's intuitive enough that you can easily understand the information that's being shown on the screen, such as where SaaS spending goes, SaaS subscription insights, and the value your company is getting for the software you're subscribed to.
CONS: My only complaint about this software is the interface. It's too simplistic to the point that you won't immediately find a way to show more in-depth details. The icons aren't that intuitive either so looking for a particular function while you are not yet well-versed with the software can take a long time; good thing there are hover tooltips to assist. All in all, these are just minor inconveniences.

PROS: ServiceNow has a robust analytics tool that provides us with critical insights to streamline our spending efficiency. You must first go through the trouble of loading all the vendor data into the software first; after that, it's smooth sailing.
CONS: Our most challenging task so far with this product is loading vendors into the tool. It takes a lot of time and is pretty complicated as well. Although our lack of experience with robust vendor management software is partly to blame, I think it's important that this initial process be less of a hassle. But I think the trouble is worth it, though. Plus, the vendor's support team helps with the loading process, albeit with a fee.

PROS: I love how easy it is to use because of its intuitive UI. The ability to add custom fields are also very useful.
CONS: I actually have nothing wrong to say against the product or the vendors. The product is good and has been undergoing many innovations that I am proud to have been a part of because I was invited to be a beta customer. The developers are also listening to the suggestions and opinions of their users.

PROS: It helps us determine the lifecycle of the software we use by providing us with various software management workflows pertinent to the asset lifecycle. It also maps the configuration items to their respective assets automatically. Furthermore, ServiceNow gives us the information we need to identify which software to renew and retire to reduce expenses that will bear no fruit. The platform also facilitates the management of software licenses and their distribution to our workforce. There's an application catalog that lets end-users access the application license they need for their job. There is also the option to automatically take workflows into account to provide or revoke licenses for end-users.
CONS: Nothing, really. We haven't run into any trouble with the software so far. I think more customization support would be great, but I'm worried that it might pave the way for issues regarding future upgrades.
