Smaply is a journey mapping software with increased flexibility, customizability, and Journey Management functionality. It is a tool for creating personas and journey maps and analyzing the customer experience, step by step. This highly visual customer experience management software helps you map customer engagement and experiences with your company. Using maps and graphical tools, Smaply makes customer journeys tangible, something you can view clearly and grasp key insights on the fly.

The software also features a mapping tool for stakeholders to visualize product ecosystem and help companies get a clearer picture of metrics and parties that impact on their product. The tool has templates and industry-specific examples that users can use and personalize for their specific client concerns.

The software has three main outputs: Personas, Journey maps, and Stakeholder maps. A Persona editor allows you to visually describe and define the context of customer types, like looking at real social user profiles. 

On the other hand, the Journey maps editor helps you create storyboards, text lanes and channel lanes to plot customer experience. Lastly, Stakeholder map editor lets you visualize formal vs. informal relationships between stakeholders, identify bottlenecks and frictions and pinpoint opportunities.

Together, the three visual editors make customer experience mapping more concrete and tangible, a refreshing improvement from reading cumbersome profile reports or spreadsheets.
