You can also keep track of project and task schedules using timelines. The timeline view permits you to apply color-coding to organize projects and tasks based on their common attributes.

You have the ability to view project and task schedules by any range of time, including months, weeks, days, and hours. You can easily change the start and end dates of projects and tasks as well. SmartSuite allows users to access, handle, and update records and details directly within data visualizations, removing the need to move between multiple tools or windows. They can do this whether they’re using kanban boards, timelines, calendars, visual cards, grids, charts, or maps.

Communication & Collaboration
