PROS: What I really like about SnapSurveys is the fact that everything is in one place. Within the software I am allowed to create and set-up my questionnaire, then link it to the customer database so I can host it on a server and finally send out invites and reminders to all non-respondents. I love that the summary report with charts are created automatically. The other great thing about the software is that it works on all devices (mobile, tablet and pc’s). Questionnaires are customizable, there is an option for adding sliders, semantic scales, even client logos and branding. The software offers best practice functions like an ability for randomizing codes and routing, and this is great because you can ask questions that are relevant to respondents.
CONS: I cannot say whether it’s dislike or like. It has so much functionalities. If you want to use the software to its fullest then you’re going to need help from their support team, but don’t worry they are very helpful and friendly, they are going to help you with the e-learning process and help-sheets.

PROS: When it comes to database structure Snap Surveys is highly flexible, this means when a research projects is launched and runs online, collects answers, I can still adapt its structure, add code to questions, I can change the order of the questions, and all these options and functions won’t interrupt the response data. The structure of the database is adapted automatically, and this means that the data cannot be lost or it cannot change location or position within a question.
CONS: The tool is perfect, but it can be complicated. Complicated because of its flexibilities, options and customizations. It can be difficult to set up the survey the way you want. It is a fact that this product allows you to modify everything, but there are many parameters to set up.

PROS: Snap Surveys allows me to build online survey and to send them to the respondents in a fast way. This is the best way for collecting data from our users. This is user-friendly tool and you can create surveys easily. Whenever I have some issues its support team is always there to help with the software. I use this tool on a daily basis, I create surveys and reporting every day.
CONS: Sometimes when I’m done with the task it takes longer with creating it online.
