What Problems Will SurveySparrow Solve?
A. Automate surveys at scheduled intervals
John, an HR manager, opts to imlement Employee pulse Surveys fortnightly, to gauge their engagement with the workplace. The surveys are short (10 questions each) and he wants to utilize the automation feature so that they will go out every two weeks without his intervention.

PROS: We love that this allows us to use logical and conditional formats for our surveys. We are able to engage our customers better using the surveys we made with this software. Moreover, the responses that we get increased in number because this lets people take surveys using their phones.

PROS: SurveySparrow has a number of excellent features that allow us to create high-quality surveys. We availed an upgraded plan at a discounted price after having such a great experience with the free version of this software. Not only is the product itself commendable, but also its support team. They are good communicators and they provide us with the assistance that we need to grow our business.
CONS: Although SurveySparrow comes at a lower cost than its competitors on the market, we still wish we could avail of their services at a slightly more affordable rate. This would make it perfect for SMEs like us.

PROS: This user-friendly solution helps us gain insight about our target market. It provides us with the tools to create engaging surveys. It comes with several integrations and well-designed templates.

PROS: SurveySparrow is a simple and reliable solution for collecting feedback from customers. It offers a chat-like experience and is especially an attractive choice for companies with a mobile audience. It also allows me to communicate with my coworkers via text messages.
CONS: We would have a better experience with SurveySparrow if it would have additional features for customizing survey templates and question types. It can be quite challenging to configure the software and its customer-facing interface is less friendly than is ideal for us.
