PROS: SurveySparrow has a number of excellent features that allow us to create high-quality surveys. We availed an upgraded plan at a discounted price after having such a great experience with the free version of this software. Not only is the product itself commendable, but also its support team. They are good communicators and they provide us with the assistance that we need to grow our business.

PROS: SurveySparrow is a simple and reliable solution for collecting feedback from customers. It offers a chat-like experience and is especially an attractive choice for companies with a mobile audience. It also allows me to communicate with my coworkers via text messages.

CONS: We would have a better experience with SurveySparrow if it would have additional features for customizing survey templates and question types. PROS: SurveySparrow is a straightforward tool. It enables us to choose from a good number of question types and use conditional logic in our survey forms. It also gives us graphical presentations of the results from our survey data.

CONS: I hope they would allow for more survey responses in the free version of the software. It is reasonable to set a limit but we would highly benefit from a slightly higher number of respondents. Availing their plans may also be a good option for us.
