TalentLyft is a robust talent acquisition software that combines all the tools companies and their recruitment teams need for finding, managing, and hiring top talents. The software enables them to use multiple channels so they can easily source qualified prospects and candidates. These channels include referral programs, social media, and job boards.

Omnichannel Talent Sourcing

TalentLyft enables companies, businesses, and hiring teams to apply an omnichannel approach to talent sourcing. Thus, the software lets them look for job seekers and potential candidates from different channels which include referral programs, social media, and job boards. For example, they can invite specific departments or employees to refer qualified candidates for available jobs or positions in the company. They can also give rewards to employees who referred candidates, encouraging them to bring more talents to the company.

The software lets them quickly find active candidates on different job boards. They will be able to post their available jobs on multiple job boards in an automated manner and even receive discounts for those job boards TalentLyft has a partnership with.
