PROS: Templafy is quick to launch and easy to utilize thanks to its integrations to office tools. With approved templates within reach, it is no longer such a big deal for me to create documents that are within the company’s branding. This used to be a big problem for me because I usually get confused about how to improve the look and feel of my work.
CONS: Identity verification is required sometimes, taking up a bit of my time from work. But I do understand the security reasons behind this.

PROS: When it comes to communicating with your client, you want to make them feel as if you are speaking directly to them. One thing Templafy has been able to give us is the capacity to personalize our messages. With templates that have already been prepared by us, all our client-facing reps has to do now is to plug in the personalization variables and voila—we have made a pretty good impression on our clients.
CONS: If we wanted to see a report on the use of the tool, we need to contact Templafy’s team to pull the data for us. It would be nice to do this ourselves so we can monitor usage anytime.

PROS: What I like best about the software is the ability to get whatever information I need in just a matter of minutes. No need to wait for emails or other employees to give me the data. We store and can access all important information such as agendas and minutes from one software with so much ease.
CONS: Actually, the thing that I don’t like is not really about the software. But if you start using this platform, it can compromise or reduce the face time in the office since you can already get information digitally.

PROS: This tool is now a staple in my work. I have it to thank for the efficiency I have been able to put in my tasks. Not only does it help me track my deliverables, it makes it easy to dig through previous completed projects too.
CONS: This is one of those tools that require verification whenever you login. As you can imagine, this can be quite time-consuming (annoying, even). The learning curve when it comes to fully understanding this tool is quite steep as well.
