Ticket Tailor Review

PROS: Easy to setup and easy to use as well as very inexpensive.

CONS: You have to sign in at least twice to complete the task.

PROS: Ticket Tailor was recommended by a friend who set up online box office for school events. It offers competitive pricing and gives so much flexibility on ticket types, design. We are using it to set up an event for a charity and Ticket Tailor gives us a 20% charity discount. It is a platform that allows sale of tickets as well as taking donation. It is our first time using online platform and so far, the experience is an excellent one.

CONS: Not much in particular.

PROS: Easy to use system and the support team are at your fingertips!

CONS: Perhaps the ticket managing system however still overall very well set-out.

PROS: Ease of use. This is an incredibly user friendly way to sell tickets online

PROS: the dashboard give you all the information you need in one place! creating and maintaining the events is easy, the features to generate operator tickets, reissuing, cancelling, voiding , refunding tickets is a breeze. very good plans available for all size of events

CONS: honestly nothing to dislike, the one thing i would like improved (selfishly) is that if for a plan we have the ability to create 5 events when at the event itself if we have to scan tickets for multiple events we need to switch between events and it causes some issues with queuing. if we can merge the number of tickets allowed under 5 events into 1 event it might be better suited.

PROS: TicketTailor is a great software to use! The software is user-friendly and cost effective. It is very easy to use for managing events and data collection logistics. I really like the software!

CONS: None

CONS: I haven\'t found any problems

PROS: I found it the cheapest company in the market, and one of the easiest to use too. There was lots of flexibility on fees, for instance, charging what ever booking fee you desire, and customer service was right there when you need it; quick and useful in their responses. I definitely trust Ticket Tailor to handle my event's ticketing.

CONS: I would like more options when customising ticketing widget. These could include fonts and colours, or sizing.

PROS: It allows me to ask buyers custom questions when they purchase tickets, unlike Eventbrite. It allows me to send email blasts to ticket purchasers.

CONS: I would love a way to have a standard Covid release form, sent 24 hours before my event.

PROS: Using Ticket Tailor has completely changed how I produce and sell my shows! In the past I was just selling tickets on Venmo and PayPal and many of my customers did not feel very comfortable just sending money out without getting some sort of ticket in return. Ticket Tailor has filled every need and in the last 10 shows where I started using this service, I sold everyone of them out and had no complaints!

PROS: Last year was our first year with Ticket Tailor. We had a great experience with them. Everything went very smooth. Their customer service was also great. They answered every question we had. We are set to use them again this year for Jazz In The Country Festival.

CONS: We are satisfied. No cons

PROS: The system is easy to set up and use. With social media links I can promote my events quickly, and it provides a platform where in our increasingly cashless society allows parents to actively support our fundraising efforts.

CONS: None that I have found

PROS: Ticket Tailor has been a great fit for our nonprofit organization. For our ticketed events, we were able to quickly create event pages, promo codes, embedded widget code, and customize our event perfectly. The short ticketing link makes social media posting a breeze without having to use a link shortener. As a nonprofit, the fee structure is very straightforward and affordable for us based on the tickets sold— we are even able to apply the processing fees to the transactions so the full ticket amount is received! Customer service has been super responsive, and liking multiple payment systems was painless. A feature we haven't used yet but are looking forward to using on the day of the event; their ticket receiving ap! Definitely worth checking out.We especially love the 'pay as you go' feature.

CONS: Sometimes the widget doesn't show up on our squarespace page, but I'm not sure which system the error exists on. The widget could afford to be more customizable, particularly in shape/design/etc. I'm not solid on the donation aspect when not in conjunction with a ticket purchase-- does it work? Unfortunately I haven't been able to devote the time to figuring this out.

PROS: Excellent service and integration. We run quarterly band events for 200 people, and this has been the perfect solution at a great price point, with very easy check-in on the door. So easy to build a mailing list into MailChimp too. Highly recommended.

CONS: Could do with more flexible pricing structure.

PROS: Really easy to use and set up. Great customer support ensures any questions I had were answered quickly. The fact that our branding is used throughout any interactivity with end users is also great.

CONS: Nothing at the moment. Everything the Ticket Tailor system promises to do, it has done superbly.

PROS: We no longer need to be slaves to Eventbrite’s fees. Eventbrite has now removed the cap on how much they take per ticket. We have been searching for an alternative with no hope in sight for more than a month. We switched to Peatix to realize AFTER we moved everything over that they don’t pay out until the event occurs. With customers buying tickets more than a year in advance for us, this was simply unacceptable for our cash flow. Finally, someone recommended Ticket Tailor to us, and we have been using it seamlessly for more than a month. We are so thankful they exist, and we hope this review helps more people in our old position to find them.

CONS: They do not currently have a waitlist. They have told me it is on its way.

PROS: Ticket Tailor is incredibly powerful, flexible and easy to use.

CONS: I always want more options to customize everything!

PROS: With TicketTailor, registration portals for events are effortless to create and look very professional. The customers' payment portal is user-friendly with an optional "donation" feature that we love, and the Tazotix smartphone app makes it a breeze for us to check in our attendees by scanning their barcode or finding them on the door list. We highly recommend TicketTailor for any small business or not-for-profit who wish to keep their running costs low. It is simply the best we have found!

CONS: We have not had any issues with this product.

PROS: Ticket Tailor is great. It is simple to set up and operate and the help and support from Ticket Tailor is first class. It is really cost effective because there is no per ticket commission, just a one off price depending on how many tickets are to be sold per event.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike - it really meets all our requirements

PROS: Ticket Tailor makes it very easy to create events and ticketing as well as customizable discount codes, easy-to-import widgets and even allows you to change your subscription level in between events in case you're not producing year-round. Ticket sales are deposited directly to PayPal so there is also no wait time to receive your earnings. Very user-friendly all around - I am beyond happy with Ticket Tailor and highly recommend them!

CONS: I really don't have anything negative to say, they're a great service.

PROS: Cheapest ticketing platform I've found - ideal if you usually have multiple events on the go. Payments are fast too - as soon as a ticket is bought, the money hits Stripe and is your bank account soon after. The only fees you pay are Stripe (very low) plus a monthly rate, which can be spread across all your events.

CONS: Can only have one stripe account linked to it

PROS: The platform is being developed all the time and constantly improved. One of the best features is that it links to stripe and paypal giving you cashflow as tickets sell - it puts you in control.

CONS: Nothing in particular

PROS: We are an interactive murder mystery dinner theater and we sell tickets to our show. This is one stop shopping for us. Integrates perfectly on our website backend!

CONS: I like it all!

PROS: You get the functionality of Eventbrite but at much lower costs.

CONS: It all works fine.

PROS: We've been using TicketTailor for our small business for nearly a year now and have found it fantastic! Really flexible, easy-to-use and fair fees - makes selling tickets to all our events a dream!

CONS: We've not encountered any issues.

PROS: Ability to pause payment in between events. Low, fixed costs are easy to predict Payment is received straight away

CONS: User interface looks a little dated and could do with updating.

PROS: I found it to be a very easy platform to set-up an event for our continuing education course. It was easy to send links via email to market our event.

CONS: I found it a little confusing to change/edit fees associated with ticket purchase.

PROS: After trying a half-dozen ticketing partners over the course of 4 years, we've finally fallen in love with a platform - Ticket Tailor. The platform has virtually every feature set you could ever want, it integrates seamlessly on your own website, processes credit cards simply with Stripe, and best of all - is offered at a cost that is unbeatable. Moreover, unlike every other ticketing platform, Ticket Tailor allows the event organizers to charge and keep ticketing fees, which can greatly help the bottom line of an event. We look forward to a long term partnership with Ticket Tailor!

CONS: So far, our company has not had any problems with Ticket Tailor!

PROS: Our business reached the point where we had to move to ticket admission. We researched a number of other companies but Ticket Tailor was by far the cheapest. We pay a monthly fee and minimal cost on each purchase. It is also simple to use and very intuitive. It can be linked to Facebook, which makes purchasing easier, and an app downloaded to your mobile allows you to check people in directly by scanning their bar code. It then shows you they have arrived and who is still to come. It is also possible to print off a hardcopy in alphabetical order so it couldn't be simpler. We have been very impressed and we are very glad we chose Ticket Tailor.

CONS: The only issue is that as a company we pay the cost of the service as opposed to the customer. However, increasing the charges could absorb this.

PROS: Low subscription cost (we are a charity so get a 30% discount), easy to use and great support. Great end-user experience too for ticket buyers.

CONS: You can customize your event page and tickets but the page itself is not as sleek as Universe. However, they have recently updated this and so it's better now.

PROS: Ticket Tailor is simple to use, regardless of skill level! We love how easy it is to set up multiple events. Their customer service is outstanding. They are quick to respond and give answers in ways that are easy to understand!

CONS: We have no complaints! We have been quite pleased with Ticket Tailor!

PROS: The setup was straight forward, flexible, minimal administration and cost effective plans. Documentation is clear, concise and questions are answered promptly. We effectively created ticket types and groups to manage ticket sales.

CONS: Integration with additional payment platforms.

PROS: The freedom to create and edit ourselves and set up with ease (from look of our page right through to payment system and refunds) The fact we can set a reasonable booking fee The cost of the using the platform is incredibly good value

CONS: Very few issues. Perhaps a little more flexibility with design of the page but really not essential.

PROS: Ticket Tailor are an extremely affordable and stable online management system for selling and recording sales of tickets for your events. We have used the online system for 5 years and their services have improved year on year with our requirements of single events to multiple events. Their customer service is great - they listen and try to resolve any problems or requirements. Their system can be used as stand-alone and/or integrates fully with your website and social media customer touch points. Set up of your own box office is relatively easy, but it easier still if you spend time writing all or marketing information and promotional pictures before you log in. Then have everything ready to copy and paste and upload the images. However, you can save your event pages as drafts to return to later, or update at any time. You can set up different methods of payment to suit your requirements and can design the interface to match your brand. Once set up your box office becomes fully automated, so you can check in to your dash board as frequently or infrequently as you wish and check sales and data as you wish. They have an app you can download to your smartphone to be used for checking in, which saves on buying or hiring in barcode scanners and gives great data and feedback on attendance for future events.

CONS: As a small event's organiser, there is not a lot we dislike. The only modification I would like to see is to the monthly payment plan. It jumps from one event payment plan to 5 events. Maybe they could introduce a 2 - 3 event plan? However, the pricing structure is reasonable overall.

CONS: - reports could be better - slight issue with tickets being emailed without images of bar codes on them (email server was blocking this but probably an issue my end)

PROS: Really love the monthly payment! It saves a great deal of money as opposed "small" percentage fee charged by other similar programs. I love that I can "pause" my subscription when not hosting an event and that all my info is saved when I continue again.

CONS: The phone app for ticket scanning could run a little smoother but is seems to work great when set up correctly.

PROS: I am in full control of ticket prices, booking fees and discounts

CONS: I did not come across any apart of an adjustable option for group discount

PROS: Affordable pricing for the non-profit sector as well as great customer service.

CONS: It would be nice to be able to use customizable event id's and passwords, but not really a problem of any substance.

PROS: I like the monthly subscription over individual ticket charge feature of ticket tailor, as it makes it easier to budget your costs without offloading your expenses onto your customers if you don't want to. It is extremely user friendly and easy to manage your subscriptions.

CONS: It doesn't have a group discount feature
