PROS: Tookan helps me manage my entire delivery operations efficiently. It lets me monitor all our drivers, know what they’re doing, and if they’re completing deliveries without delays. The tool features a convenient alert system that keeps me on track about a driver’s work. It also lets me manage all orders, which helps me easily determine when the customers already receive them. Tookan is also helpful for minimizing delivery time by planning the routes that our drivers must take. And aside from monitoring all the orders and drivers, Tookan also allows me to communicate with customers. This is key to keeping them updated and satisfied with our services. Plus, I can do these regardless of my location through mobile.

CONS: The UI often freezes completely. It persists even after trying to refresh my device. As a workaround, I need to restart my device hard to continue working. Other than this issue, Tookan is an easy to use and useful tool.

We only need to encode customer data into the platform, such as their address. We only need to make a few clicks when the orders are up since the tool itself matches the orders to the right delivery staff. This means the platform links order to an available delivery staff who is situated nearest to the recipient. This is an excellent benefit in terms of fuel economy as well.

CONS: The estimated time of arrival feature should be enhanced. Our staff often have some problem with such feature. Although, the platform is terrific as a whole for our delivery operations.

PROS: Tookan has a convenient to use and clean interface. It doesn’t cause me any literal headaches or eyestrain.

CONS: I often stumble on errors with the individual task map. This point really needs improvements to make Tookan more efficient.
