PROS: TouchBistro is really simple to setup. Customer service has been fantastic. I like the fact that they update consistently for the several months we've been using this tool. Training from this system has been nothing but excellent. Highly recommended.
CONS: It would be a nice addition if there's some kind of a training mode available for new staff. It took us a bit of time to understand how to put up our craft cocktails as well as other modifiers. Further practice information should be displayed to make this tool more helpful.
The least favorable review
PROS: TouchBistro had made things easier and convenient. It's simple to utilize and I love how it can make adjustments on the fly in a menu whenever new items are brought.
CONS: Despite a number of requests, I'm still not able to find the right solution when it comes to displaying a second currency for a customer's overall bill. It's a drawback that I hope will be resolve in the near future.

PROS: This tool is an example of an adaptive POS. This is one system that can help you manage things conveniently. If there are things you don't favor, you can always throw out suggestions or make requests. It seems every update has something new being integrated.
CONS: There have been slow-downs at the tables since background printing is essential absent for both receipts and kitchen Chits. But I truly feel this is something that they'll work hard to improve on. I hope future updates will make things easier.

PROS: The most popular opinion from our staff is the ease of use with TouchBistro. The program needs barely any training assistance, staff picks up the location of menu items quickly, customers are impressed with the technology, and in a small space like our coffee house the size of the unit compared to our grandfather of a cash register we can host more treats for our customers.
CONS: Some of the reports lack in what they return, Reports should be fully automated, Crashes happen (though not frequently), hard to run in a building with no dedicated network

PROS: The system itself is as basic as it comes --- similar to an iPhone. A majority of my employees were able to make use of it with little or no training. Programwise, it needs a bit of attention. Otherwise, TB is very easy to use.
CONS: It would be a treat to have further control on what should be printed on the ticket. I prefer customizing specific times and listed ingredients in tems of how they're laid out as well as their details. All in all, this is just a tiny complaint from an already great system.

PROS: I like the fact that there's no longer a need to making handwritten receipts. We get to view our own "best selling" items from the menu and modifying the ones that aren't selling well. We're able to set budget monthly for entertainment purposes.
CONS: There are some things that I don't like this with tool. For instance, discounted items need to be made more than once whenever the discounted item is entered in the system and when receiving payment. It takes some time to set up the menu and its items. Whenever there's broken internet connection or power failure, the system will need to be reset.

PROS: I've been making use of this tool for several years without any problems. We recently made an upgrade to add more terminals and a PRO Server. Looking at both, it appears to be the best business investment we've made. I highly recommend this awesome tool to businesses out there.
CONS: So far, we haven't come across any serious problems with this tool. Their support team has been nothing but fantastic. If there happens to be any changes or any issue we've come across, we'll update this review. Since using this product, we have yet to experience any hiccups.

PROS: I've been on both ends of this tool. From what I can see, the part that I like most with this POS system is that once you're up at the cashier, your favorite food or drink will already be waiting while you're waiting in line. The wait staff can directly take your order on the spot! It's simple and easy to comprehend.
CONS: Right now, it's a bit expensive. But if you're looking for a POS system that can tremendously improve how you run your business, then this tool is the ultimate answer. There's nothing like it in the market in terms of convenience, speed, and efficiency.

PROS: It's really simple to use. Reports and menus can be customized. We were able to completely realize when our schedule is busy. What's more, we now have a concise idea which products are being sold at certain times. So, that's a really good thing for us!
CONS: The TouchBistro Cloud is currently in its beta stage. For first time users, it can confuse a lot of bookkeepers. Fortunately, their support is available in case you have a hard time getting through it. Other than that, nothing much else.

PROS: I find the app to be user-friendly. We're making use of the system for the restaurant that we're running in East Africa. A lot of thanks goes to this handy app. Firing it up is easy and training our staff in how to use it is so easy! The latest ingredients tracking/reporting functionality has been exceptional in keep costs under control.
CONS: I don't like the fact that you need to input menus from your iPad. I was hoping there was a simple method of doing this directly from the itself. Maybe some updates can be done to make it possible for me to update menus like this in the future?

PROS: One standout functionality is how it's simple to set up and train employees. My training time is slashed in half compared to the traditional approach. It's not just about training people quickly, but completely eradicating user errors with the current ordering system. It also makes for easy chits for the kitchen.
CONS: There's really nothing to dislike with this system. We'd love to see an update where you can "86" a specific item quickly. Right now, I don't see that option.

PROS: TouchBistro is a POS that's highly adaptive. It's a system that you'll wind up using for good. Anything you don't favor with it, you can freely throw out suggestions or send requests. With every update, there's always some new integration involved. New employees can easily be trained with this app. Support was nothing but fantastic.
CONS: We tend to face slow-downs at the tables since there isn't any background printing available for kitchen Chits and receipts. But I'm confident this is something they'll work out soon.

PROS: The good thing with this tool is its mobility. TouchBistro is simple to utilize and can easily be handled on an iPad. A lot of tools in the market these days are advertising how "user-friendly" they are. But only a select few are. This tool is one of those products.
CONS: I hate the fact that I had to resort to uploading the whole menu manually. It would've been easier to get it imported the easier route. Sadly, there's no option available. I hope an update in the near future will make this possible.

PROS: There are way too many things to love about this system. It's definitely modern and works on a user-friendly approach. It's definitely scalable and effective in terms of cost.

PROS: I like the convenience it offers to our staff when it comes to inputting items and clicking to see through all ingredients rather than going to the kitchen to ask. Reporting is precise since it shows when and what' selling. I love how we can get an overview of people coming in on that day.
CONS: Nothing to complain here. Pricing and setup process were what we've been looking for the entire time. It also happens to be user-friendly.

PROS: It's very simple to set up and use. Nowadays, having an iPad is the way to go. Most people are familiar playing around with iOS so expect little or no learning curve from users.
CONS: Setting up the menu can be a bit of challenge especially when dealing you a lot included. Almost everything is done via an iPad, so set up may take awhile to do. TB will do its thing inputting and setting up menu at a reasonable pricing so you can get things running right away.
