PROS: I honestly can’t praise this platform enough! We have multiple events spanning the whole year, and we were able to pull it all off thanks to Townscript. It really has everything that one would need for a ticketing hub. It’s really simple and easy to use. There’s a slim chance that you’d encounter any issues, but if you would, you can depend on their team of experts to pull you out of any rut. What’s impressive is that they have round-the-clock support without compromising on the quality of customer service. For those who need marketing support, Townscript offers this too. It’s very easily the best of its kind.
CONS: They really should give more design and marketing freedom to users. For example. most of our banners either get pixelized or severely cut when we upload it on Townscript. I also would like to be able to have more say in how my marketing messages are positioned, as well as their send-outs or posts. For example, I want to post x number of times and send invitations for emails x numbers of hours in between. Townscript does not give me such liberty. Lastly, the sales for tickets don't get credited on time too. Or when they do get credited on time, they're often incorrect.

PROS: I like how easy to navigate this platform is. The payout for tickets is never delayed too. To top it all off, all of my email communications are sent on time.
CONS: They really need to rethink their payout schedule. The site isn't too reliable also. It always freezes or lags. There are times when their exported data would come out empty.

PROS: I stumbled upon Townscript after a bad run-in with another ticketing platform. I love how this has all the tools that I need to set-up a successful event online. It also has all the integrations that I need for connecting events on social media. Their support team has been very helpful and polite too. This will now be my go-to platform, moving forward.
CONS: I don't think there's anything to complain about. Everything just works.

PROS: Townscript makes it possible for anyone--and I mean ANYONE--to set up their own events page. I've been able to do so successfully without needing the help of their customer reps. Everything was where it should be. The price is a very big bonus too. It is, by far, the cheapest ticketing portal that I have ever come across. It does not have any hidden charges (compared to other portals). The prices are straightforward--you will get your money's worth, trust me. Although, of course, I could be wrong and there might be other cheaper options out there. If this is the case, do let me know. While we're at the topic of money, I'll say that Townscript is reliable when it comes to allowing users to cash out their earnings too. The money will be reflected in your bank almost instantaneously. It's really great! Finally, they have a competent team to help you out too. Always happy to hear from you and always ready to help--this is the impression that I get from the support team.
CONS: The design of the platform isn't the most sophisticated, to be honest. I needed help with setting up an ongoing event too. This ticket is now close though because we've already solved this issue.

PROS: Townscript has completely eradicated my stress as a first-time event organizer. Townscript was very easy to navigate and I could access everything at my fingertips. The prices are very reasonable too. If I'm not mistaken, this has the lowest rates in the ticket selling field.
CONS: There was this one instance when the chat support rep took too long to respond to my question--but this was a rare case. No other issue comes to mind.

PROS: Townscript is the best platform for marketing and selling tickets online! You can add as many details as you want. In fact, I can even say that I use this as a substitute to running my own website. I can configure the settings to my preference too, a rare feature for programs such as this.
CONS: This has more to do with my personal preferences but if there’s anything I would change about Townscript, it would be to add more design elements. Right now, everything looks a little bland.

PROS: I don’t have much experience with ticketing platforms, but I can tell you one thing: Townscript really makes everything so simple. I only know the basics when it comes to tech stuff, but I was able to set up my event without much of a hassle. It’s great! Kudos to the team for making this accessible to everyone.
CONS: I seem to be having some issues adding a checkout button on Facebook. I will need to reach out to tech support for this. Otherwise, everything else works perfectly.

PROS: Townscript is fool-proof, I swear. Right as you log in, you will see a homepage that has all the buttons and commands that you will need to scale this platform. It's an intuitive program that anticipates the needs of their users. They have a responsive team to answer our questions too.
CONS: I think that Townscript should give more priority to the local events, and market them more heavily. It would be nice to have our events featured on the homepage once in a while.

PROS: Townscript allows me to create an organized event page with a great flow of content. Each sectioning makes sense to me--it all leads to the check-out button which is the whole point of the page anyway. I think that this is a really impressive platform that allows attendees to RSVP and/or purchase tickets to our events. All I can say is--kudos to the team!
CONS: The design elements or banners that we can add to our events page is limited. We can only post, if I'm not mistaken, just one banner at a time. I hope that they will adjust this soon and allow more images or videos.

PROS: I think the best thing about this platform is its straightforwardness. I’ve had enough experience to say that this is the most user-friendly of all the options in the market. The others are just downright too confusing to use.
CONS: It’s not so much a complaint but a suggestion—I hope that the developers would host a regular open dialogue with its users. Right now, it’s a little hard to give suggestions for improvement.
