PROS: With this software, our employees can see their upcoming schedules while managers are able to view significant information such as the time off requests by employees. The system also store vital employee information such as their email, contact number, and birthday so we can easily view such data when needed. The choice to trade or swap trades is also very useful.

CONS: The wide range of features can be quite overwhelming and it takes time to learn how to make the most out of the system. Also, I’m having a hard time figuring out how to pull out reports.

PROS: From the point of view of an employee, the best things about this software are the ability to view your schedule online and message the higher-ups such as the manager for any concern with so much ease.

CONS: Some of the features are not accessible or does not work on the mobile app. For example, the mobile app launches me into a website whenever I’m trying to update my availability. It would be nice if all the features are accessible in the app. It will be more convenient.

PROS: It works automatically even without constant tinkering with the app. It gives high quality but convenient reports as well.

PROS: A fantastic scheduling platform that everybody in my company loves using. It makes requesting an exchange work shift and day-offs super smooth as well.

CONS: The app needs enhancement. I access it through the browser most of the time because of the issue in its app. Moreover, user support can be great and helpful, but you'll find some that are unprofessional.

PROS: It is easy for our workers to set their weekly availability. That is even with a 15-minute time increase.

CONS: Handling deleted employees is inconvenient. It is difficult to delete multiple workers from the platform at once. Once deleted, it is hard to bring back one without causing lags on the platform. And there are many deleted workers from our list.

PROS: I like the ability to color code schedules. Aside from turning the simple schedules into visually appealing forms, employees are able to identify their names as well as their assigned shifts easily. Creating schedules as well as putting in employees’ time off requests are also fairly easy. The system will also keep you updated of anything that’s happening in the schedules. It sends an email notification whenever a new schedule is made or when there are changes in the schedule. Overall, WhenToWork is easy to use and reliable.

CONS: There are many “views” option in the system so new users may have quite a hard time finding where to see their schedules. In terms of creating schedule, it would be great if there’s a way to just copy each week’s schedule instead of having to create the schedule every week.

PROS: I really like how this tool keeps schedules organized. Because of its group function, I have the option of looking only at the schedules of the employees I manage, without having to sift through dozens and dozens of other names. It's also easy for me to make another group if there's ever another need for it. This software isn't just great for administrators either. It allows employees to see not just their schedules but the schedules of co-workers as well. This lets them take responsibility and accountability for their scheduling since they can see who is available and who isn't.

CONS: They can really improve on the way schedules are put in. Only people with specific access can input schedules for an extended period, and if you don't have that access you'll have to provide entries on a week by week basis. I think it would be good for everyone if they made this function available to all rather than have it be restricted to people given full access to the software.

PROS: This is a simple but very useful tool. It allows me to create multiple work shifts with specific details and reminders, properly organize our groups, seamlessly use multiple levels, and simply switch colors among other functions. Data from this app can be exported into CSV format as well.

CONS: It is difficult to delete or edit multiple shifts on this app. That’s the only problem I can point out.

PROS: It is an easy to use scheduling app with a clean interface and excellent mobile accessibility. It helps me easily determine upcoming working schedules, hours I’ve already worked in a week, as well as easily see if shifts are available on my vacant time. The app also notifies when my schedule is ready or if it is changed. Moreover, it conveniently shows available shifts to take, so I can easily grab one when possible.

CONS: It becomes quite difficult to use when too many shifts are up for grab on the board. The trade shift-tab looks too messy and hard to navigate. Fortunately, this happens only in rare instances in our company.

PROS: What I like best is the ability to view my schedule as well as the schedule of my colleagues. I can see when I have to work and when I’m free. Another incredible thing is that the system sends your schedule via email so you will stay updated even if you don’t visit the site. The software is also easy to use.

CONS: The software app version has very huge file size. It takes much of my phone storage space. The design is also quite plain. It would be nice if they improve it.

PROS: I really appreciate how it has made scheduling and schedule tracking such an easy and convenient thing to do. I am always on top of everything so process and day-to-day operations just go so much more smoothly now.

PROS: First off, the mobile version of this tool is exceptional. I also love how it has really simplified the whole task of picking shifts. The communication functions help us to get in touch with each other, whether from management or an employee, so miscommunications are avoided and everyone is on the same page when it comes to schedules. If you don't want to communicate, it's also okay since you can put upshifts for trade and people can see it for themselves.

CONS: When it comes to aesthetics, I have to admit that this software could use some improvement since their design really looks old-fashioned. I also don't like how it defaults to everyone's positions. I think it would be better if it defaults to the user's position.

PROS: With our previous process, it would sometime take me literal days before I got all schedules sorted out. Of course, that's not a great way of doing this, so I really appreciate how this has made it easy to organize the schedules of employees. It has also helped reduce errors, which I sometimes made with our old process since our company is a bit big and it is a lot of data to sift through. Schedules can be organized and planned easily, and informing employees is also a breeze. I also have visibility on employee details such as contact information, so I can reach out if there's anything that needs to be resolved one on one.

CONS: My main problem with the application is cosmetic. It really looks outdated and old and I think it would be a great improvement if they just made it more visually-pleasing.
