PROS: The tool itself works well and fits right within our budget. However, what I feel is really worth commending here is their team. Be it sales or tech and customer support, they have a knowledgeable and impressive team of people working for them. Our first introduction to this program had been through a sales agent, and he had been patient in explaining every aspect of the solution. While we were setting the program up, the tech support team had been helpful as well.
CONS: Their manual or set-up instructions need to be beefed up a little bit. Right now, the details are not very clear and we would need external support just to have everything launched. And while the support team is really competent, they're quite difficult to pin down because they're always so busy.

PROS: Finally--we can now enjoy a user-friendly tool that caters to our needs. The reports that we've managed to generate from this program are second to none. Plus, I love how we can simply send a request to the team at Wialon to get more information on a particular sector of our business. It's a wonderful tool to use.
CONS: There are just some details missing in the billing statements. For example, I need to be able to log down when our products have been activated so it is clear to our clients when the billing has started. Right now, this information is not available on the invoices. If I could get assistance for this, it would be nice.

PROS: I think the best thing about this program is the team working behind it. They are the lifeblood of this program, and I'm really glad to have them work with us in building my company to greater heights. We have established really awesome rapport with the team, and they have been responsive whenever we raise an issue or ask for their help. They're open to feedback too and often update the program based on our suggestions. I haven't come across any issue that the team has not been able to resolve.
CONS: My only issue is that we haven't commended the team in person yet. They have operations on the other side of the world, but it would be nice to meet them (and personally thank them) someday.
