PROS: Gives us nothing but great user experience. It syncs well with LinkedIn system. Also, I’ve found this tool a great option for communicating with hiring staff, with its ability to record all conversations as a terrific highlight.
CONS: An applicant’s name doesn’t show when I open his or her profile on a new tab. And it is quite inconvenient to know his or her name in such instances.

PROS: A very basic platform with excellent spontaneous functionality. Installation is super quick, and it instantly gives me clear supervision over the applicant hiring process.
CONS: The problem isn’t about the software but is about myself. I didn’t found out about its mobile version soon enough. It’s a perfect mobile tool that I haven’t enjoyed before!

PROS: Helps in establishing an efficient process of job posting because it makes manual posting obsolete. This is where our career pages point at, and where we efficiently generate openings on the web. Easy to use, and is great for having our postings on free or paid sites. All our hiring staff loves the tool in their tasks too, such as submitting a certain job posting for editing, changing or referring. Then, they can make the job postings their selves, as well as publicize all job availabilities for potential applicants to see.
CONS: It is a bit difficult to specifically make job postings on certain boards according to role availability. Say, posting a job posting that is open for developers on boards that are intended for them. This is important because there are postings that carry roles which doesn’t suit a certain site or job board, and it would be helpful if we can temporarily toggle such board off.

PROS: It only took us a few minutes to install Workable, and we’ve found it very smooth to use. Its mobile version has boosted our teamwork efficiency, and it is also instrumental in speeding up our response time. Plus, Workable offers proficient services that back their platform, and the guys there are all great to work with. This is a truly valuable tool for our company.
CONS: I don’t experience any problems with Workable. This is so great and is nothing like our previous ATS platform. Yes, I partially blame myself in the past because of some problems during the installation of our previous app. But still, they haven’t offered me sufficient services back then.

PROS: It helps me interview applicants for hiring managers of various companies, then it lets me put feedbacks about each applicant on their online job board profiles or resumes. It also lets me check reviews from other recruiters, which is great for helping me learn new insights. Plus, it is easy to track each applicant after interviewing them because of handy email alerts on the platform.
CONS: There was a time when personnel fails in giving me access to an applicant’s profile. And I cannot open such a person’s profile for checking purposes. I do not know if Workable has some solutions to prevent such hassles from taking place. Other than this issue, the platform is wonderful for me.

PROS: Excellent for managers like me since I can smoothly move an applicant through the process. Say, I can handle them from initial online screening with the use of conference features on smartphones, up to actual interviews in our place among other procedures. I can easily communicate with applicants through emailing features on the platform too. And it is easy to discuss different things about the applicants with my team, which is great since all conversations are recorded for a convenient recheck.
CONS: It lacks features that organize applicants on the platform. Say, I cannot sort out applicants into categories according to the job position they apply for.

PROS: Essential for my line of job because it helps me find potential applicants, and then recruit them if I see they fit the job vacancies I have. Also, it helps me know more people; meaning, I often get good chances of easily finding the best candidates in lesser time. Note that searching and hiring the most suitable applicants is a difficult task to do, but this platform has made such processes easier for me.
