PROS: I love the monetization features, and especially the data part. My attendees are defined by the platform itself, I have so many options it's amazing. Made x5 profits just by selling tickets, currently working on sponsors and affiliate marketing for e-commerce. Main event coming up, planning on organizing a few more, I'm new at this but it's really no sweat. I will point out the obvious - ZIGnotch is easy to use.

CONS: Hate to mention, but I already brought it up to their customer support - you need a help center with all the video tutorials for newbie organizers such as myself. They told me it's already in progress.
