PROS: I was able to experiment with the Zoho Expense management tool in our organization. We frequently travel for work. We feel expense reporting is a problematic thing that needs resolving. In the end, I highly recommend this for small and medium businesses as it's efficient and simple to operate.

CONS: The app hasn't reached that "greatness" level yet. But thanks to the OCR, there's no longer a need for the app. Everything can now be e-mailed. Receipts and IDs can be automatically scanned.

PROS: Zoho Expense is deemed an effective tool in filing a number of expenses. The dashboard offers a snapshot on the latest status. For instance, it would indicate: approvals awaiting, reimbursement awaiting, and etc... Employees are now given further flexibility in adding reports piece by piece or through bulk imports.

CONS: For every changes made by the admin in reports, a notification will always come up. That's not a good thing. For example, if there are 50 submitted expenses and an admin makes a comment for every report, you'd received around 50 e-mails in your inbox alone. Also, the number of fields needed in offering an expense is relatively high.

PROS: One of the greatest things with Zoho Expenses is its integration. It links easily with Zoho Books. This fosters to simpler banking reconciliations. I like how expenses can be included in more than one currency.

CONS: It's not something you could immediately label as user-friendly. I still have employees who still inquire on how to run things. The process of creating a report as well as inclduing expenses to the report seems to be tedious.

PROS: Zoho Expense does a great job in simplifying the submission, review, and reimbursement of employee costs. Being a small organization, we intially felt we no longer need a reporting software. We though Google Sheets is good enough for us. Thing is, the time and hassle that are saved by making use of the proper software over Google Spreadsheets is astounding.

PROS: With this software you can use dashboard to provide snapshot of your current status like: when you are waiting for approvals, or reimbursement awaiting and etc. On the other side, Zoho Expens allows your employees to add reports one by one as well as bulk import. What you get with Zoho Expens is detailed insights with analytics where company’s money is going, progress of different departments and employees.

CONS: For every change in the reports there are notifications, so for example if I make 50 changes in report section I would get 50 emails. And, the number of fields to submit an expense is very high.

PROS: The e-mail receipt functionality as well as auto analysis were designed really well. I'm able to forward e-mail via receipts within the body or have them attached to my e-mail address. CONS: Nothing much to be honest. But it'd be nice if they let you pick and buy a set of core offerings. And that's doing so upfront. Then choosing which employees to be included on when you want to include them as a new user.

PROS: What I like about Zoho is how Zoho modules collaborate with each other and while your business is growing you can add modules along with your company’s growth. Zoho Expens helps me on the processing of reports along with Zoho books modules. My team members are using Zoho expense regularly and by now no receipt is lost. Their customer support service is amazing, whenever I have an issue with the software I will get feedback in a minutes and my problem is solved within 2 days or even less.

CONS: They could work on better update option on some pages.
