PROS: The platform is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. Their documentation is very involved; some of it is REALLY intense especially for the non-programmer. The ability to add photos or images to your forms is a great feature.
CONS: There are NO folder structures WHATSOEVER with the platform. So, what does this mean? It means that if you have HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of forms, you will need click through PAGE after PAGE to find the ONE you are looking for ---- OR ---- you will ALWAYS have to go to the very top of the page and type in the name of the form. ----- That is, if you EVEN REMEMBER the NAME of your form. I have no clue why a folder structure has not been implemented yet for users to simply organize their forms in separate folders, bins --- whatever you want to call it! If you can't get organized, what is the point of trying to run your business with forms that can't be organized? Sorry, but this is a MAJOR negative for zoho forms. One such, that we are very unhappy with. Being able to approve your forms' data can be confusing going back and forth from crm to forms, especially if your form user did not submit the required data in your form in order for it to be synched upon submission.
