Zoho Recruit Review

PROS: it has all the needed modules like (Job opening, candidates, interviews schedule and client management ) I like the free job portal so much and how easy to customize it. I see it has all the functions to cover end to end recruiting process.

CONS: mass upload templates & explanation for job opening & candidates not clear and not available. there's not integrated with other meeting products for interviews and with e-mail calender.

PROS: As recruiter I appreciate sourcing integrations with Linkedln and Indeed via 3rd party apps and I can parse and pull data into Zoho Recruit. Everything is done quickly. You can customize every field, dropdowns and forms. I can even start creating my own interface. It has great potential to grow along with my business.

CONS: Whenever I have troubles I always search for answers on forums because sometimes the standard help module doesn’t always produce effective solutions.

PROS: I’m using Zoho Recruit for more than a year and I can say that this tool is easy to use. It is simple and intuitive solution and you can learn it by yourself without watching its webinars and training programs. The customer support team is great and whenever I have some issue they are always willing to help. This product offers everything you need to start your own agency. The reporting elements are great and it allows us to track the productivity. The price is affordable and extremely flexible one.

CONS: I would change the search function, I’d add an ability to search by first letter instead of typing whole name.

PROS: I’m recruiter for a long time and I started my own firm with a partner. We used Mictrosoft Dynamic CRM but we’ve decided to give Zoho Recruit chance. This tool is easy to set up and it offers simplicity which is important when operating in an ATS. The customer support team is responsive and friendly.

CONS: There is one account rep assigned to Arizona and I think they could include few more.

PROS: Zoho Recruit offers great integrations with Indeed and Linkedln and wonderful features for CV content. I can easily add jobs and post to multiple boards with one click. The other good thing about this product is that we can run marketing campaigns from Zoho Recruit. It offers great integrations with social media networks. All in all, the tool is easy to use, fully customizable and untuitive.

CONS: The generic careers page is basic but it does the job. I don’t have dislikes about it.

PROS: First of all, Zoho is simple solution and I really like its simplicity. It can be used by everyone. We managed to improve lot of things and to keep track of new candidates and their statuses. It automated lot of things starting from interview management and finding right resource or even tracking the right candidate.

PROS: We run recruiting, staffing and finance company and Zoho is very helpful solution when it comes to managing all the processes within our comapny. We even use it to sedn invoices to our clients. They offer everything we need. I recommend it to everyone. I’m using it on a daily basis into my finance company and it helps me to track huge amount of leads.
