PROS: I like how I can set up posts free of charge through this tool. It's offering me a peace of mind knowing that I can accomplish a lot of postings in a week. The tool is incredibly reliable and fast. So far, I don't have much issues with it. I'm confident my posts will come in as scheduled in terms of where I want them and when I need them to be.
CONS: From what I can gather so far, I have yet to see anything that I don't favor. It's super affordable. Setting it up is really simple. I get to connect to different accounts. It didn't give me any issues or whatsoever posting to the different accounts I have.

PROS: I've given other social media posting apps a go. And this app happens to be free. So who doesn't like things given to them free of charge? Obviously you get less functionality compared to the full version. But who needs them when you have no clue if you'll even be running a business tomorrow?
CONS: I wanted to accomplish something that other software would to tend restrict me to. It's one reason why I didn't rate this a perfect 10. I want to make it possible to schedule Facebook posts as a member --- not an admin. Right now, it won't let me do that.

PROS: Using it is easy. I find the tool to be efficient and highly intuitive. I love the simplicity of the setup. The tool helped me walk through the process. One positive aspect that it has is its ability to add in other users to their specific roles. So, that's a plus in my book.
CONS: It's a bit expensive for my taste. To be honest with you, it's worth the price. I hope there would be more social channels added into the tool. If there was some way to alter or make changes to an image in Instagram, then that would be a big help. Pictures are frequently sourced from different areas and they tend to be available in various sizes.

PROS: I love the fact that it comes with a crispy, clean UI. Stats are easy to comprehend. I can see just about everything clearly from the dashboard. This has been my favorite social platform so far. I've used other third party apps like MeetEdar, Buffer, and Hoosuite. None of them comes close to Zoho.
CONS: It would be awesome if there was a way for me to look into the scheduled posts. Maybe see upcoming post feeds on the dashboard instead of just indicating the posts that were already published? I'd like to see a feature of SmartQ that would let me determine whether there was already something being posted on a specific day.

PROS: I like being able to utilize a single post on a lot of platforms at the same time. I like how you can do reporting, monitoring, and looking into messages within the tool. I was hoping I could it as an app for the Windows 10 that I'm running on my PC.
CONS: I don't favor not being able to post things on Instagram without using the tool itself. I can understand why but I was hoping it wouldn't be the case. I feel this is an issue that Instagram should work out on their own. It's a minor issue, but it's not something that would be that big of a deal.

PROS: I currently operate a small-scale retail business. I sell stuff online and offline. I've been looking (and tried several) platforms for social media marketing. Some were a bit better than others, but Zoho Social provided me with jsut about everything I want. It helped me schedule, preserve, and monitor my social accounts a relatively good price point.
CONS: I don't have much to hate. But I'd love to see an integration for Pinterest.

PROS: The tool has a really good freemium plan. It comes with other cool functionalities that are a big help for those using this software for the first time. What's even better? It won't push one to buying other unecessary stuff. It comes with a ton of subscription plans for those dealing with bigger projects or for teams with bigger responsibilities.
CONS: Its notebook can only be spotted online. Some of the tool's functionality will require a bit of spending. This isn't good if you're broke. If you want to make the most of its other critical features, you'll have to shell a lot more from your wallet just to get to the higher paid version of the tool.

PROS: I love how smooth the tool is in terms of immersion. The layout is clean and crips. I like the the fact that it's not as crowded as it appears to be. They were thoughtful enough to be considerate to my UI needs. Planning with it is simple to follow. It integrated my needs well.
CONS: While the onboarding appears to be thought out and simple enough to use, it's still lacking some video experience. But I'm confident they're on their way to doing just that. It would be nice to see added functionality in bubbles. Maybe some links to a Vimeo channel and such? That way, I can take a peek so I'll know how to do things properly.

PROS: Simply put, the product is simple to utilize. It even offered video tutorials and suggestions on when a post can be made. I like how info on mentions/likes are streamlined to the desktop. The mobile app keeps me updated frequently. Through that, I can do any last-minute scheduling and alterations on posts.
CONS: What's missing is its integration with Instagram. It's not as seamless. But this could be a temporary thing. The process at the moment involces manual intervention when posting time and scheduled posts.

PROS: The UI was simple to utilize. It's really easy to understand. I'm able to handle multiple social media channels at the same time. I can choose which posts I want to show up on each platform at certain times. Analytics can easily be understood.
CONS: At times, I felt it's a little fickle. By that, I mean its bulk scheduler. There have been instances where posts won't schedule. I don't understand why it became the case.

PROS: We've given Zoho Social a go the past couple or so weeks. From what we can tell, it's a tool that we came to love. Social media management has never been this simple. It slashed my management time close to 80%. A great software to own. I've give other softwares like it a try and it's safe to say that Zoho Social is easy and cost effective.
CONS: One complaint that I'm dealing with is that Pinterest is included under the Social Media Sites for management. But then again, that's me nitpicking. But the tool itself is capable of doing its job in social channel management. In fact, it does so extremely well.
It comes for free. And the worst thing about it is that — it’s free!

PROS: Zoho Social is incredible in integrating a number of things found in multiple platforms into one place. I was impressed with their service. Positive reviews of this platform are telling you the truth. I like its SmartQ feature as it reaches out to high-level engagers who are on their social channels. I like the fact that Zoho has integration to bitly (my company is currently using it).
CONS: There's nothing to hate much about the platform. Initially, I was puzzled with its integration to bitly. But when I reached out to Zoho's team, they responded quickly. I was hoping there would be other alert settings available. At present, my alerts are on to allow me to post to Instagram, but if I'm not only online on the platform, I'd have to directly log into the app to switch on/off the alerts.

PROS: It seems more user-friendly than other social media apps that have content recycling, such as Meet Edgar, Post Planner, and SocialBee. Also offers several unique features.
CONS: Many features require Professional Plan or higher, but features part of their website doesn't make that clear. So you may not find out unless you dig into their plan comparison page. Their plans are also frustratingly priced like cable TV bundles. For example, Professional plan is 500% more than Standard plan, but you may only need a few of the additional features. So it can cost you nearly $500/yr more just for one additional feature. Android app also seems to have long history of bad reviews. Currently has more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews.

PROS: It UI is user-friendly. It took me less time to adapt to the system. Now, I have a concise idea on how to use it. The webinar has been a huge help. It helped me maximize its wide range of features.
CONS: Some things I don't favor. I can't "like" any comment. I can't respond to comments made. At times, I never get an aletrt on my mobile device for Instagram posts and time.

PROS: It's simple to utilize. At the same time, it gave me a lot of power to control things. Right off the bat, I knew there are a number of ways in dealing with social media. I fond Zoho Social. Within one hour, I've come to grips with it.
CONS: Some of its features are from the paid versions. I guess it's the only sensible thing that they can only accomplish.
