CONS: Dashboard is extremely convoluted and time consuming. It was developed with no idea of the client end access in mind. A needless training or vidoe through this quagmire is also inefficient. Maybe this was made for over 90 CEO\'s who have nothing better to do than sit on the phone through all the useless features and setup.. but this company needs to come into the 21st Century. This looks liek something that was developed 30 years ago.

PROS: 8x8 is a super user friendly that it allows us to support our clients remotely.
CONS: Its Google Calendar integration needs to be fixed. There are times when there are scheduling errors because of this. I also don't like having to rate the call after every meeting.

PROS: It works well with cellphones. This is great since most of our employees work remotely. Having the ability to integrate into our phones made it easier for us to reach customers. It is truly a great help to us.

PROS: I can use it for new hire orientation. Because I can share my screen, I can easily orient the new hires with the information they need to start. Starting meetings is also convenient as other people in the meeting can freely discuss the project.
CONS: It can be hard to learn, especially if you are not IT-related personnel. It is hard to identify the functions too. I asked their customer service tons of times but they were really not that helpful.

PROS: Holding company meetings became easier for us. It also works well with email calendars and I can share my screen with the people I am talking to.
CONS: It doesn't show the number when you miss a call. You have to look at the app in order to track the person who called you.

PROS: I can work from anywhere using 8x8. It is a great system that gives you different audio/video conferencing solutions. I would highly recommend this to any company as this has been a great help for us. Furthermore, it is relatively cheaper too compared to all its competitors.
CONS: It requires high storage to install on your phone or computer. This needs to be resolved as it can slow down your phone or computer sometimes.

PROS: They offer a lot of features, including both extensions and individuals lines, an auto attendant, physical phones, computer apps, and phone apps. They also have a meeting feature for individuals within the business.
CONS: They promise some features that may later be rescinded, such as the promise that all phone lines will have associated fax numbers. Thankfully, my business did not need as many fax lines as we initially thought. Further, their customer service is honestly the worst that I have come across. When a computer app did not work, I had to contact the company multiple times, including more than 24 hours after the "case was escalated." Now it has been almost two weeks without working service to one of our numbers via this app and no one has offered to remedy the problem after tech support was unable to help. You can tell that the staff are used to getting complaints because there is a very neutral, "Oh, I do apologize" each time you express frustration but no attempt to provide a solution.
