PROS: From a look and feel standpoint, this product was about as good as anything out there. It worked fairly reliably and the support was responsive. It didn't seem like it would be difficult to work through the problems as they seemed minor. I was an early adopter.
CONS: The product just didn't work reliably. The tracking was accurate when it worked, but he dashboard does not give information in a usable format. The product worked about 80% of the time on my laptop, but never worked on my desktop. My desktop is where I do most of my work. I tried for six months working with tech support. I was under a 1 year contract, so I tired to work through it. Finally I asked for a refund and all contact with the company stopped at that point. If you use the broadcast, template function, be VERY careful!!! THe security of your password is BAD. It is kept in clear text, and anyone at the company can see it, not to mention if a hacker gets into their poorly secured servers, they will have your password.

We can also manage all our documents and share them with the team or the customers easily. Its integration with Gmail and Outlook is very much appreciated as it blends in with them and it really is very easy to set-up.

SalesHandy is a fantastic app in my opinion. I am regularly using it to make staff meetings. On a daily use, we have 15 team members set up SalesHandy in their offices and we each conference a call and communicate. For this, the PLUS value is more than just a bargain. I also monitor their usage of emails to make sure they are a 100% concentrated on the company and not focussing on other things. Pros: Great functionality without being too expensive. Its conference calling and email tracking features are outclassing. There is a material interface which integrates well in Google's material designs. Cons: The ongoing pinging even when we acknowledge the use is annoying as I have many users in my office.
