PROS: Abacus is great tool for our corporate card transactions. We are small team and even small purchase that is made is logged and it can be difficult to combine through the purchases to expense. Its UI is clean, understandable and user-friendly. You can easily find everything you need.
CONS: They have updated the site recently and I find it hard to understand some things now is not as intuitive as it was. It would be great if they could implement pop-up so we can better understand the updates and to know where to find things.
The least favorable review
PROS: There are two ways I get receipts: first one is a hard copy-retail store and the second one is online order. When I get through retail store I use Abacus mobile app, snap a picture and create new expense in less than 30sec. When it comes to online order I forward the receipt to Abacus email address and create new expense. I don’t use paper, scanning, emails, personal email address or any other options than Abacus.
CONS: I have never used other expense systems so I don’t have dislikes about this one.

PROS: Abacus is easy, user-friendly mobile app that allows me to do the expense receipts on the go while traveling. Whenever reimbursements take sever days its customer support team is always ready to act. Once I had a problem with the reimbursements and they have helped me to figure out that the problem was with our ACH transfer. Forwarding emailed receipts and invoices is helpful too.
CONS: I would like to receive notification or explanation when there are delays of the reimbursements. In my opinion, this tool is great for small companies but I couldn’t see some advanced features for bigger enterprise.

PROS: This app is easy to use and the process of getting expenses is fast and without problem. We used other solution and it took months to get to us. I like that I can take pictures of the receipts without saving them and input them at the same time.
CONS: We have experienced some issues when integrating the product with our system. In addition, the credit card system is not intuitive and helpful because it sends me tons of notifications and I cannot easily find what I’m looking for.

PROS: Abacus is extremely easy to use tool and its UI looks fantastic. It is understandable and well-organized. I like that I get the reimbursement quickly. The setup is easy and the process of reimbursement is well-explained so you won’t have any troubles. I like that it offers some security solutions so you can be sure that the money is transferred securely and responsibly.
CONS: First of all, the upload receipt can be confusing. Also, I’d like to upload more than one photo at a time because the receipts have small type it can be difficult to decide which image to upload. Additionally, it would be great if there is an option to enlarge the picture for reference instead of switching to photos app, checking the number and switching back.

PROS: Abacus is great tool for both users and admins. It makes the process of reimbursement fast and easy for both employees and volunteers. It makes easy to reconcile the company card expenses. I like that the integration with our accounting system makes the whole process easy to use and it works perfectly.
CONS: Sometimes the reimbursements take 4-5 days and this can be problem for some volunteers.

PROS: When it comes to expense reporting, Abacus does the job. The Abacus’ team has improved the interface and they made it simpler so it can be used by everyone. I like that this tool is built on Angular.js and I think that is backed by node.js, because of this it is well synchronized and it provides quick interface feedback.
CONS: I remember that there was a bug that showed me other expenses but they quickly solve the issue.

PROS: Abacus is easy to use and intuitive software made for large teams and one-off expenses as well. In the past I used to scan receipts, sending them in and follow what was paid back, it was nightmare. I’m amazed that I don’t have to live this nightmare again, the process is smooth and easy when it comes to submitting expenses. All I have to do is to snap a photo of the receipt, enter the amount and categorize it. It takes less than a minute. I’m able to use my own cards and to link it to my bank but I prefer using Abacus.
CONS: Abacus is always improving and because of this I cannot say that I have dislikes about it. I would like to link my credit cards and to review charges and then to mark them as “business expense” in other words I would like to avoid receipts.
