PROS: Being able to associate all of our products with ADP Vantage HCM was mostly appreciated by our HR managers, advisers, and employees-they finally got their one-stop-shop software for more efficient performance! Their favorite features are ADP Recruiting Management and ADP Talent Management, and they use them daily to deal with compensation and other recruitment procedures.
CONS: ADP Vantage HCM is a configurable product, but it is still a SaaS solution. That brings some catches along, especially when you have to transfer from completely customized, on-premise HRIS. It means that it can satisfy needs of certain organizations, not all of them.
The least favorable review
PROS: The ADP looks complete, and offers all features and reporting tools our company needs. We didn’t expect automation to be so streamlined, but the Benefit feature proved us that files can be connected smoothly after all.
CONS: I can’t say they tried to hard to make software integrations work, for what I see they’re affecting rate changes transfer and proper payroll terminations (don’t expect the SUI/department codes to match unconditionally!). The worst part about it not being notified, not even to mention how bad timekeeping can get.

PROS: I like how accurate and user-friendly the payroll process is. I also appreciate how helpful their customer support team is. Compliance is also easier to accomplish since ADP Vantage HCM is good at keeping users updated on any new state and federal regulations. It also implements the changes needed which is a really big help.
CONS: Upgrades are usually a good thing, but I have to say that it can be a negative when it comes to this. The software regularly provides updates to its users, but sometimes those result in other parts of the software being unable to work the way it should. Thankfully, I've found that their support team is usually fast at providing a solution for things like this. But I think it would be better if the upgrade progress didn't affect so many parts of the software in the first place.

PROS: The processing of payrolls and timecards has never been easier thanks to this program. All of them are linked to ADP, so I no longer have to create external files that I have to upload to two different systems. Employees can even take advantage of the myDP feature to access their timecards.
CONS: There are a couple of things I believe they can improve on. For one thing, they could come up with reports for payroll, as the current functionality only does it for HR. They could also give administrators wider abilities when it comes to accessing information from the program.

PROS: It’s a great software in its category. It is a comprehensive platform that brings every essential tool needed by HR personnel at the end of the fingertips. It got a benefit feature, an attractive pricing scheme (we got the enterprise plan), and incredible tools for managing payroll to name a few. We are able to generate hoc reports seamlessly and handle profits, taxes, etc. efficiently.
CONS: The tables and fields in the ad hoc reports can be puzzling, would be nice if they improve the visuals.

PROS: This software has really made things easier for me. Now, I don't have to go to work to find the information that I need. I can check my work hours, my free hours, my paycheck, and other information at home, thanks to the website. The convenience it has provided me is something that I really appreciate.
CONS: ADP Vantage has a feature that I personally don't have a problem with but I can understand how other users may have an issue with it. When two companies both use ADP, the receving company can end up seeing the paystubs of the other one.

PROS: I love the mobility that this platform offers. I can easily view important work related information like paychecks, the total number of my working hours, and many more even when I’m at home. All I have to do is log into the website. This eliminates the need to visit the office just to check payroll related info.
CONS: I have no complaints with this software. But I think some people will not like how the platform shows pay stubs to other ADP users.

PROS: It is really convenient to have this software around since I can now use it to look at work-related information such as my free hours, my work hours, and my paychecks. And I can do all of it at home, without having to head to the office. The way this has made things really easy for me is certainly something that can't be emphasized enough.
CONS: Some people might be put off by the fact that two companies who both use ADP, paystubs will be visible to the receiving company. I personally don't have any problem with it, but like i said, it could be something that puts off other people.

PROS: One of the perks of using ADP Vantage is the ease of checking work-related information. All I have to do is log in to their website to view whatever information I need like the number of hours I’ve worked, the remaining off-hours, and many more. And the best thing is I can do this without having to visit the office.
CONS: I haven’t encountered any issues using this product yet. There are just some things that I don’t really like the way the software displays paystubs.

PROS: A thing that many people don't know about ADP Vantage HCM is that it handles non-payroll issues with the same efficiency. Let me share my personal example: I work as a technical support rep, and while I was looking for a second job, I came across a dating website that needed someone with my profile. The overall experience was terrible, and nothing in the company worked well, but when they had to payroll the checks or to correct commission errors, they were just perfect! See, that was a company famous by its high turnover and poor employee moral, but they saved themselves with ADP's payroll capacity. Hats down for this amazing product!
CONS: It is fast and gets the job done, I can't say a bad word about it.

PROS: We don't perceive ADP Vantage as a tool, we perceive it as our partner. It did so many wonderful things for us, and it got involved in every aspect of our business. It is very robust in terms of payroll solutions, but it also does excellent work with HR procedures. It also became our one and only source for listing multiple vendors.
CONS: It has its usual bugs, but I am not too worried. The truth is that only ADP Vantage knows how to solve ADP Vantage issues, so I contact support, and let them handle the thing.

PROS: I use their online website to deal with my paychecks, and that's awesome. I am very satisifed.
CONS: The website gets my job done, but I don't like how it looks. I think it is far from HRIS software trends to the extent that somebody would probably think it is dysfunctional (the login page looks like an error popup!). I mean, for real…Imagine the schock of savvier users when they try to access the login screen, and face something that looks like a virus popup instead.

PROS: I like the wide range of modules that this platform offers and the option to choose which one to implement. There are also regular system updates which constantly improve the product. I also like the willingness of the team to receive customer feedback and make appropriate changes to the product.
CONS: There are instances when the problems we raised like defects in the software or requests for some product improvement takes too long to be fixed. Our business is operating in a fast-paced environment and it seems like their team has difficulty keeping up with us.

PROS: For a few years of using this platform, I can say that it’s good. It helps us in processing payroll and managing the schedule of our employees.
CONS: I had some problems with the Time and Attendance page. Whenever I try to close the page, the screen turns blank and freezes. I have to refresh it to get it back to its normal state.

PROS: It has pay rules in the small finger, that's not something every payroll software can be proud of! We rely a lot on their Solutions Consultants, and I can say those are the most informed people I've talked to. It's not just about listing suggestions and solving issues-it is about understanding the sensitivity of payrolls, and reducing fear that something will go wrong. That's what makes the team so good.
CONS: I think they didn't focus enough on international payroll. Another thing I'd like to witness is communication on module-level , I think groups would perform much better like that.

PROS: I think ADP works equally good in small and large companies, at least for what I've seen. We're currently subscribed to the Enterprise plan (we are a huge organization) and we are happy to have such streamlined HCM/Payroll processing. If what you want is only to process payrolls, PayForce can do the job quite well. Otherwise, go for the full package. Generally, I think this product is the leader of its category because it handles payrolls, taxes, benefits, T&L, and ad hoc reports all in one.
CONS: There is ad hoc reporting, but not as good as I would like it to be. They have some strange tables and fields that I don’t always understand, but except of that everything else is a piece of cake. We also asked for canned reports that can be dirctly modified by the clients, I hope we'll be able to see them soon.

PROS: ADP Vantage's online web portal allows detailed overview on pto time and paycheck stubs, and you can print straight from there without downloading anything. It stores information and it keeps it secure, and that's great if you consider the online hazards that happen to some companies.
CONS: It was hard for me to register, I remember having some password issues. Everything is fine for as long as you remember your credentials, so don't lose them. It will take you a while to restore them.
