PROS: It is certainly one of the faster recruiters I have worked with and I appreciate the speed at which they operate at, never once making me question if my trust in them was misplaced. I would definitely recommend Recruitery to other businesses with international sales needs.
CONS: They do require better organisation. There has been multiple instances where multiple people from the same organisation messaged me with the same information and there was some confusion felt.

PROS: We had a slightly rocky start with Recruitery, as the initial candidates presented didn't quite match our expectations as our first candidate left the job after 12 day due to personal issues. However, their team quickly adjusted their approach and provided us with a fantastic candidate who could both both SQL and fill in for the UX while we were replacing the role. Recruitery gave a refund for the first candidate and on top of that, gave us a further 10% discount on the search for the replacement. Their willingness to adapt and go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction deserves recognition, I would definitely recommend this to other companies who has never used headhunters before
CONS: They could have had avoided the entire ordeal by ensuring that their candidates are fully vetted in terms of their commitment ability.

PROS: They are able to delivery a high quality candidate with most of the interviewing and QC being handled from their side, giving us a very fuss free experience that ended with a good quality candidate that has been working with us for half a year and producing great results.

PROS: They have access to exclusive job opportunities in top MNCs and startups which I was unable to find with other recruiters in my country such as those of C-suite levels in up and coming startups that recently graduated from Y-Combinator. The whole payroll service also ensured that I only have to talk to Daisy for the entire process of getting the new job from interviews to onboarding and the whole serviced is easy to follow without multiple touch points.
CONS: It was quite hard to find out more within minutes when Daisy is my only correspondence. I wish there was sort of a AI chatbot that can assist with basic questions.

PROS: The payroll was very easy to use and understand from a business perspective and whenever there is a problem or an issue, the hotline is very easy to reach.
CONS: The hotline is easy to reach but sometimes the person on the other end might not be the best english speaker so it can get a little hard to communicate

PROS: The candidates that Recruitery provided all fits the requirements I was looking for. I was looking for a very specific type of candidate who can speak 4 languages (English, Chinese, German, French) and they managed to deliver not 1 but 3 candidates all within a week! It is certainly one of the faster recruiters I have worked with and I appreciate the speed at which they operate at, never once making me question if my trust in them was misplaced. I would definitely recommend Recruitery to other businesses with international sales needs.
CONS: Recruitery was overall a great partner to work with and I do not have any qualms.
