PROS: Agiloft is the type of product that can do lots of things to keep your customers happy and secure your business. The staff behind this product has been very supportive ever since. Also, we were able to avail of this software at a good price. So it's a complete package.

CONS: I would like to customize the app so it would be easier for me to find the things that I need and use every day. But I cannot do it myself so I always have to call for help.
