PROS: There are a lot of things that are good about it, but what really stood out for me was its compatibility to a number of different platforms, whether it is on the desktop or a mobile device. It's allowed us to work even when on the go and has really increased productivity.
CONS: We do get a lot of benefits from it but I really feel like the price for it is a bit much. I think they could lower the price for it.

PROS: There are three things I like about this software: I can use it to store policy documents, I can use it to notify the whole department about important matters, and I can use it to work on scheduling. It's a great administrative tool that has been a big help in making the process more simple and easy to do.
CONS: What would really bring this tool to another level is if they had an iOS application that was a standalone. They don't currently have it and I think it's something they sorely need.

PROS: I'm a longtime user of this software -- 10 years to be exact -- and I love it so much that I have recommended it in all the different jobs I have taken on. It is an exceptional tool to use for workforce management and is easy to use. And when I say easy to use, I mean it is easy to use for everyone involved. It's not just administrators like me who enjoy using it, but employees as well. There isn't a steep learning curve to contend with and it takes very little training for everyone to grasp it. It really is that intuitive. The support team is also great to work with and have been a great help in resolving any issues I may have. Even better, because of how effective it is, it's resulted in a significant decrease in costs, and what an administrator doesn't like that? I can't praise this software enough and it will really be a great way to streamline processes in your business.
CONS: I can say with confidence that this software has never disappointed me. Every single time I've used it I've never been anything else but satisfied.
