PROS: It's the only tool that I'm currently using for scheduling appointments. I'm a very busy guy. I constantly want to be given reminders of the activities I'm supposed to do. I don't like paying for a secretary.
CONS: I'm very happy using Appointy. First-time users can easily manage things. So nothing bad to say here at the moment.
The least favorable review
PROS: Great tool for those professionals who need daily reminders of the appointments. Great UI and aesthetic features, multiple customization features and an ability for sync with Google Calendar. It is easy to install and use, it is a product that saves time for booking and handling appointments.
CONS: We have been using Appointy for a few weeks and I can tell that I am very satisfied with the product. There is a little issue whenever the appointment cancellation is attempted because it shows and error.

PROS: Chat support was a big help. The agent behind it all did a spectacualr job. He tailored my appointments. He was able to walk me through everything I needed.
CONS: It appears the software is a bit hard to break down. I had to ask support to help me out on that.

PROS: Appointy is great tool for every businessman. Within the software there is a search engine that allows you to search and book a service in your area, to accept appointments by phone, to accept online booking form users on your website and many other options. It really helps for increasing business productivity.
CONS: I don’t like that the free plan is very limited with ads and allows small amounts of appointments.

PROS: Great aesthetics. I can receive help even if I'm not subscribing to the service offering phone support. The self-help database is comprehensive. I can make customizations and offer restrictions to Appointy branding.
CONS: I'm currently two months into using the program. Client usage is limited at this point. The only complaint we received so far was a bad link that I sent out. Client decided to cancel an appointment but ended up getting an error message.

PROS: Wonderful product, the support team is great and they even allow me to use the phone support even though I don’t subscribe to the service. It provides detailed database. I am able to customize and limit the appointy branding and to sync it with Google calendar. It is easy to use and intuitive tool.
CONS: I had one issue with this program when client tried to cancel the appointment he received an error message.

PROS: It's perfect for busy professionals who want to be constantly reminded of their scheduled appointments. Fantastic UI. It comes with a consolidated database. Can be synced with Google Calendar.
CONS: Since using Appointy for a few weeks, we came away impressed. One thing to take note is that we got an error notification when there was an attempt to cancel an appointment. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience.
