Artwork Flow Review

Every week, Gerald works with the design team to develop creatives around the bank’s various offerings. This week, Gerald is ready to go live with a nationwide campaign but learns at the last minute that he would need to personalize the core messaging by region and change the images used accordingly. The design team is backed up, and Gerald is in a real bind. Luckily, he’d heard of Artwork Flow’s creative automation before and decided to give it a shot. He uploads the Photoshop file of his design, prepares a table on a CSV file with the data for each of the design variations he needs, and uploads it to Artwork Flow’s Studio. He selects the text and image layers that need to be varied and as soon as he hits next, all of his designs are ready to be exported. With little design effort or time taken, Gerald was able to make quick changes and export all the creatives he needed, even at the very last minute.

Rita has never worked with these clients, but now she’s tasked with managing them. Nobody on her team is quite aware of where the older creatives could be and it would take ages to sort and filter all of the files in their system. Luckily, her agency has been using Artwork Flow to manage their creatives. Artwork Flow’s contextual search identifies logos, colors, and objects used in creatives and assigns smart tags that help users retrieve them with even a broad description of the asset. Thanks to all of the assets being stored on Artwork Flow Rita was able to find all of the brand’s assets within minutes by using the right search terms and filters.
