Bench Accounting Review

PROS: The interface, for both web and mobile, is very easy to use. The people at Bench act on my needs fast.

CONS: There are issues on linking with my bank account but I think it is the bank that is at fault here not Bench.

PROS: The first time we used Bench was tax season when the hustle and bustle at the office were at its peak. Imagine our surprise when we accomplished tax submissions with a breeze. It is easy to set up and use. They have a round-the-clock customer support so you can receive help anytime.

CONS: I wish they could enhance their services by also offering accounting payroll. This might make Bench the super app for business management.

PROS: My accounts are up-to-date and I can access them anytime to see how my business is progressing.

CONS: The tallying of transactions may take a while, about three weeks max.

PROS: Bench is very easy to use, very understandable, accessible anytime and has excellent customer service. It can be linked to your bank accounts so you don't have to manually upload them just for sending.

CONS: There are zero issues with Bench but it can improve by adding tax accounting services and providing a mobile app through which you can access all its features.

PROS: My ultimate favorite about Bench is that it takes in all our accounts and combs through them to achieve our desired outcomes.

CONS: I don't understand why it cannot automatically add up the total revenue I raked in from a particular business.

PROS: I'm giving five stars because of its 24/7 customer service, its nimble interface, its accuracy in reporting and orderly bookkeeping. Tax reporting is made worry-free.

CONS: Wish it could offer payroll service for employees someday.

PROS: Bench halved my accounting costs in the first year of use. It also exceeds the combined performance of the accountants I used to have.

CONS: I don't think there is anything about it that I dislike.

PROS: I honestly have had such a bad experience I would say nothing was good.

CONS: They don't follow up effectively. They need to explain before the money is spent, their process because it is not similar to other accounting firms I have used.

PROS: As an owner of a small growing business and the only one manning it, imagine how difficult it is to keep a tally of your daily spendings, profit, and taxes. With Bench, I can now transfer the time I used to allocate for accounting to focus on the core operations of my business.

CONS: There are some aspects that I still find too technical, hence the need to still hire an accountant.

PROS: The service is impeccable: speedy and helpful.

CONS: I hope it could find a way to reconcile the numbers from my bank account and sales to further smoothen out its reports.

PROS: Bench made management so much easier. We could communicate with stakeholders through the platform and do our job there at the same time. Besides simplifying our job, Bench has a pool of customer support officers who are very hands-on on your needs.

CONS: It would be better if it allowed personalization of tasks, such as labeling.

PROS: Bench has a great interface with very useful functions on bookkeeping and interacting with accountants to get updates or ask any questions. Its services are accessible at a fair cost.

CONS: The software doesn't seem to recognize my bank account. So instead of receiving information on my monthly account, I have to scan and upload them almost always on a monthly basis.

PROS: Bookkeeping is a very important task every day but I sometimes end up getting headaches because complexities arise when you're keeping track of a lot of transactions. Imagine my relief when I found Bench.

CONS: I can't find any fault with Bench

PROS: I like everything about the service. It's easy to use and it keeps you up-to-date on the work they do on your books.

CONS: I have never encountered a problem with Bench.
