PROS: A very friendly and easy to use tool, Bynder makes it easy for everyone in my company to access crucial assets and information. Configuration is a smooth process and each instruction is crystal clear. Sharing large files doesn't pose a problem, even if we share them to external parties we are working with.

CONS: I dislike that I can't create folders within Collections or Categories. It would have been a vert useful functionality.

They can now search for a particular asset on the dashboard, then share or download it hassle-free. This is because Bynder features tags and metadata for each asset, which helps in making searching certain assets easier.

CONS: Requests began to pile up when we first implemented Bynder in our system; thus, we need to sort each group or company unit into private assets. This caused some big inconveniences before, but we’ve eventually figured out that Bynder supports the creation of assets for such specified units. Our administrative team also had a hard time learning the use of metadata, but the dependable Bynder user support quickly helped us sort things out.

PROS: It has amazingly smooth installation, integration, and noticeable effects that other asset management tools cannot give. Our sales team and other authorized people can easily find specific files because of functional search filters. Also, it lets us create professional homepages for putting marketing campaigns and other vital stuff in the spotlight. This is certainly perfect for us!

CONS: I notice some issues when managing different online files through this platform. Yes, handling and storing PDF as well as images is easy, but it doesn’t support PDF files for actual use. Fortunately, we’ve found some solutions to such concerns. Bynder just needs to iron out such issues to make the platform more efficient and convenient to use.

PROS: The Bynder user support is highly dependable in many instances and is very understanding and responsive to my concerns. Both its tech support and customer service have largely helped me in doing the right customizations to boost the platform. And that is how I managed to come up with an efficient UI to use.

CONS: Bynder is a near-perfect platform; thus, I cannot point any issue with the app. There’s even no problem with its user support. The guys are always there whenever I need help, and they quickly solve all my concerns.

PROS: Bynder has a dependable support team that has explained the entire platform to us. They’ve done it very well, that even the least tech-savvy staff in our company has easily understood. Because of this, using the platform has become clear, easy, and simple for us. We feel ecstatic about the easy search features, which is surely helpful for our company’s asset management system.

CONS: Varying work schedules among our employees had made it difficult to learn the platform through the integration process. Although this is actually a problem on our end, I strongly suggest for the Bynder support team to be more enthusiastic throughout such a stage. This will surely deliver more success to their team.

PROS: Bynder looks very fantastic and is easy to personalize. We didn’t have difficulties integrating it into our system, and it is very convenient to use as well. Metadata and advance searching features make it even more useful to our company.

CONS: The dashboard for managing the platform looks quite confusing and messy. The list of options has a poor arrangement, for example, and the homepage features are difficult to use and apply. But these cons don’t affect our company operations that much.

PROS: We’ve experienced a super smooth Bynder integration since their team regularly calls us for the step-by-step process. This lets them create the best integration process that fits our company, such as using some jargon that our employees use for easy learning. Also, they didn’t annoy us because they know decision making for a DAM platform sales process really takes a significant period. What they do is simply ask for some updates, and give us important details when needed.

CONS: I expected them to upload our assets to the platform while the integration process is going on. I might have gotten the wrong idea, however, and this is not really a con for the platform.

PROS: Bynder offers everything right off the bat. It also comes with massive customization options that enable you to tailor the software based on your branding or business requirements. The customer support staff are very fast and responsive, providing us with project management solutions every time we make a call.

CONS: While I do love the variety of tools/plugins/modules that I can add to our brand portal, many of them aren't exactly free and aren't cheap either. It can be very costly if the expenses add up.

PROS: Bynder provides us with massive customization features that we really need, enabling us to tailor the system to the specific workflows we are using. This is highly important as we run a children licensing business and we work with several major national and international licenses. Each license have special needs in relation to delivery of artwork and approval process.

CONS: It would be a very usable feature if we can create simple newsletters or print ads directly from Bynder.

PROS: We just get a kick with how easy this Bynder software is. Managing images, designs, mockups, and other digital assets is a smooth exercise for us. We love how it streamlines our internal processes but also our workflows with our clients. Bynder help us attain and maintain communication and collaboration with our clients, especially during the design process.

CONS: It is quite hard to think of anything we don't like about Bynder. Perhaps better sharing capabilities should be in order.

PROS: The tool itself is already amazing, especially with its ease of use and simplicity. I guess what really sets Bynde apart is its support team. I have contacted them for support and they always provided me with prompt responses and it is very clear that they are knowledgeable about everything. I called them to help me set up and they made the process fast and effortless.

CONS: The trainings can be quite confusing. The materials are rolled in a very esoteric manner, which means they are perfect for people with previous knowledge and expertise of the system. It was a minor issue that was remedied quickly.
